Fairy Hunter : Chapter 7

'Hey, there's Zierra and Ray'.

The crowd gather to greet their friends.

'Hey no pushie'.

Zierra laugh even though Ray is in his teen, he still act like a kid in her view. He still her little brother. Without reason Zierra brush his hair. Everyone there is shock by her sudden act. Zierra didn't say a word at all. She headed to the counter follow by Ray. He take a seat right next to her.

'You still treat me like a kid after all this year huh Zierra'.

'What can I do? you act like one'.

Zierra finishes her drink, she look around the guild searching for someone she really miss, her other little brother.

'Ummm Myra where is Ash and Burn? shouldn't they be home by now'.

Myra shrug, even she don't have the answer to that question.

'I don't know, they did come back awhile ago but they head out to find some mysterious voice if I'm not mistaken'.

Zeirra shot Ray a knowing look. Ray grunt 'that idiot, he never listens, that voice in his head don't exist'. Myra prepare another drink for Zierra.

'Oh, I doubt that because you see sometimes I hear that voice too'.

Zierra spit her drink on the counter.

'Are you dead serious!!!', Myra sigh, looks like she need to clean the counter again.

'Yeah I'm serious, what I know the voice ask him to find the lost princess of Floweria in the other world'.

Zierra couldn't put the pieces together.

'What that is impossible, the gate is closed for decades how come it opens now.'

Ray excuse himself for a walk, those girls can be very dengerous when they start bickering and he really don't want any part of it. What concern him now is the mysterious energy he's sensing on the way back home. That energy feels so familiar but he just can't remember whose energy it belongs to. Master sneeze interrupts the girls conversation. They continue as soon the master leaves.

'But the princesses are lost remember, they are nowhere to be found'.

Myra slam the counter, glasses fall down and break, she shook so hard the counter almost break into half.

'Yes, I know that but haven't you feel it yet? the weird magic energy around this area, even so they said the princessses were missing but they never said they were dead. There might be a possibilities that the princesses survive the attacks and were hidden somewhere far away from here. Remember that weird writing you and Ray found underneath the wrecked temple'.

Zierra nod, it seems she has lost to Myra.

'Well, I asked Velery to decipher it, she did very well but the transalation is hard to understand in many ways. They said the ancient darkness will be realese when the prince of fire meets the princess of galaxy. The gate to the humanity survival closed if the crystal princess fall into the darkness.' Zeirra stops there, she do wonder why did the prophecy if the princesses if believe decease a long time ago

'We might have no proof that the princess survive but if they didn't why did they write the prophecy in the first place'.

Zierra got to say, Myra have some good points but there still something she can't put together.

'If so, why did the voice ask Ash to find the lost princess, why him of all people?'.

Myra put a finger under her chin. 'Maybe, because Ash uses a fire based magic'. Zierra disagree with the idea.

'But there are lots of mage that use fire magic, there must be something special about Ash that we don't know like his origin. No one knows where he come from and what his magic capable of doing'.

'That's a nice hunch but you have to remember in here only Ash posses a fire pheonix don't you think he's the choosen one'. Zierra tap the counter with her fingers.

'That would be insane, pheonix are every where, but why they choose Ash of all people'.

Myra raise her nice beautiful eyebrows , she have no idea what so ever why did the voice choose Ash. Furthermore she have something much better to do instead sitting there and argue with Mrs. Stubborn head.

'I wouldn't worry much. Ash is capable of taking care of himself plus Burn is there with him so he'll be fine'.

That didn't make Zierra less worry at all. Ash is capable handling himself but Zeirra couldn't help but get the funniest feelings Ash going to get them in trouble. Zeirra want to ask Ray for opinion but he isn't in his seat.

'Hey Myra, where's Ray?'. Myra stop before she answer 'hmmm, if I wasn't mistaken he said he want to go for a walk in the city for a while, something about finding peace or somethinhg like that'.

Zierra nod, she know she couldn't just barge in there and grab Ray by the neck from the city square to here, that certainly wouldn't be fun to see.

'Gah, why are those two too caught up in the disapperence of flame kid, I wonder if I go missing? will they worry too'. Ray laugh at his stupid self, of course they will worry he only waiting for the word Ash is missing and the whole guild going to be biazzare with madness and start knocking city off.

'ouf, sorry miss I didn't see you there'. The beautiful long haired lady shake her head. 'No I'm fine'. Ray got to say she has the most beautiful voice he had ever heard. The girl watch solemly when her goodies are gone. 'Oh I'm sorry, hey how about I help you buy the stuff you lost'.The girl wipe the dirt off her shirt.

'I didn't bring any extra money to buy that back', her bangs covers her eyes, Ray couldn't see them. Suddenly he sees something sparkling beneath his feet. He take it up.

'Hairpin?'.

'That's my hairpin, could you give it back?'. Ray didn't say a word.

'Okay', he walk closer towards the girl. Their faces are inches away. Ray brush off the bangs and clip it with the hairpin.

'There, can you open your eyes right now'.

The girl open her eyes, when she does his heart skip a beat no not a beat a thousand beats. 'Hey thank you for returning my hairpin'. The girl walk pass him but Ray grab her hand. 'What are you doing?'.

'Listen when I say I'll pay for your stuff I'll pay now let's go shopping'. Ray rub his face uncontroablely 'I can't believe I just say that could we please get this over with'.

He pull the girl by her wrist until he stop suddenly. 'What's wrong', ask the girl.

'Wait I have no idea what are we buying and I don't know your name'.

'You are pretty stupid for someone who looks mature and handsome'. Ray blush at the last word but feel offended when the girl said he is stupid. The girl chuckle when she sees Ray pout in the corner.

'You are cute when you are angry, my name is June nice to meet you'.

She want to shake hand with Ray. In her mind Ray might not want to. 'Hmph', he shake her hand any way.

'Now, what is the first thing we need to buy miss'.

'Call me June only'. She start walking from shop to shop but none attracts her attention. They had being going for one hour through the city square but no shop they yet have to enter.

'Could you please tell me what are we buying'. The girl stop.

'You might not believe me if I tell you'.

'Just tell me what it is', Ray starting to get a little cross when the girl is wasting his time.

'Pheonix food, I don't know where to buy it'.

'Really, that what you are searching'. The girl nod.

'June if you have tell me earlier you might have find it right now'.

'Sorry,' snow start to fall down.
