Fairy Hunter : Chapter 38

'Owww', Layla hold her head. She look around, the girl and Ray is nowhere to be seen and the ruins couldn't hold on much longer it might fall on top of them all. Layla stand up but her injury is pulling her down. She hold her bruised ankle. The whole place is covered in dust, Zeirra, Ash and Ray is nowhere to be seen either. Ignoring her pain she stand up but fall down in an instant when a big flying object hit her from behind.

The object is big as a human. 'Sorry about that Ly,' Ash chuckle. Layla groan , her pain only increases. 'What are you doing crashing into other people.' Layla ask with a frown.

'Hey fire boy we ain't done yet', a voice crackle. He sounded hurt but at the same time eager to fight.

'Shoot', Ash curse under his breath. He turn to Layla and hold her wrist pulling her up however she can't, now her whole right leg is useless.

'What's wrong? why aren't you getting up'.

Layla clenched her teeth, is he dense in this kind of situation too she thought.

'I'm injured you baboon! I can't get up'. The man is closer but somehow slow, Ash has no choice whether she like it or not he has to do it. Ash slip his arm under her legs and around her back, he lift her up and throw her over his shoulder. With the man still slow he make the run for it.

'Ash you idiot! don't carry me like this', Layla protest. She punch the back of her partner but he still won't let go. They keep running until they arrive in the middle of the maze when the fountain of the two girls are there. Unfortunately, both of their faces are gone. Ash slowly and carefully dip Layla feet in the water and massage them. Layla wince in pain but it subdue not long after that.

'Your leg will be fine in a couple of minutes. Until then stay here, it's safer', Ash says as his concern eyes lock on. Layla didn't smile, she frown. He should have carry me a little bit nicer. In her heart she have the urge to splash Ash face with the water but she push it aside reminding how old she is and she shouldn't take a petty thing like this too seriously. Taking a deep breath she look over her partner who is scanning the perimeter for the enemy.

'Thanks Ash. How did you know about this fountain?'.

'Dunno, but a voice guide me here'. Layla eyes widen with surprise.

'Does the voice sounded like a woman to you?'. Ash put his thinking face on.

'No, it's a m-', a loud crash boom across the whole maze and the injured man stood behind them smiling. He doesn't look that injured to me Layla chimed in her thought.

'Think you can out smart me ehh?', he crack his knuckles and ready himself for a fight. Ash looks happy by his reaction. His whole body ignites in flames of red, golden and yellow.

'Do you think you're the only one who can do that?'. The man covered himself with gray and black flame. Layla could smell both flame. Ash smells like fireworks meanwhile the man smell like iron and steel. Both of them didn't make a single move. They just stare their opponent's eyes.

'The one who makes the first move will lose', Layla mumble under her breath. She has known this kind of intense battle after watching hours and hours of her grandparents fighting. Ash doesn't looks like he's capable of fighting but somehow he still manage to do it.

'Hey Zeille, what is taking you so long???'. A baby blue hair mage comes. Her clothes has holes every where but her wounds is nowhere to bee seen. Now there's two of them. Layla brings out her beads. She knows for a fact that Grena might not show up, so she decided to go with Leo.

'Open, the world to the dimension of stars : Leo', a lion shows up, he has fine golden mane and large claws with ears perking up from his side, he seems like an ordinary lion but magical at the same time. He seem not interested in the fight. Layla gulp, this is different from before. She just hope this one is way much better.

'Umm-', the lion stare at her with stern eyes. The same eyes that says I hate you or you are disgusting or even you are useless and I don't want you as my owner. 'Are you the one that call me?'. His voice sounds nice and Layla blush when she hears that. 'Man if every Lion can do that I think I will flip'.

'Yes, please can you help my friend over there. As soon as my wounds recover I will take your place'.

'Fine,' the Lion roar. 'I king of the Jungle and the leader of the twelve zodiac keys shall destroy you all'. Swirly golden light surrounds the animal. 'Boy, equip me and you shall have my power'.

Ash smirk. 'Gotcha'. Both of his and Leo body shines. The light disappear revealing the new merge Ash. He has ears on his head and claws instead of finger nails, he also has fangs plus a really cute tail waggling behind him. An urge to pull his tail wash over Layla but she hold it back. In her mind she shouldn't mess with them now.

'Cool! now I can beat you two pretty easily.' He bumps his fist and strike his first attack.

'Fire lion blazing claws!', the attack miss but the impact to the surrounding massive. A line of the maze bushes just disappear even though they are miles away. Layla could see the enemy tremble except for the girl. She seems a little more provoked.

'Well, I don't care what kind of formation you in I will demolish it all'. The girl use her bow to strike Ash chest but he manage to duck it and send the arrow towards the two of them instead.

The girl carry the man beside her. 'Zeille stay here and rest. I will kick his ass big time', she says while punching the ground. 'Heh, such big talks for a girl'.

'You wouldn't be laughing when you see what I'm capable of'.

'Let's see'. Ash doesn't care whether his opponent is a girl or not he will fight them as long as he think they are worthy.

'Fire lion fist!!', the girl stop the attack with her bare hands.

'Worthless', she spins Ash around and around.

'Crystal light!!', blue light hit Ash with crystal implanted all over his body.

'Crystal : Bind!!!'.

'Shoot, what have you done to me??'.

'Relax, I only bind you for a minute'. A massive aura surrounds the girl. Layla knows the aura means destruction. She knows this feelings to well. Little by little the dream she had before come to life. Only part of it arrive but Layla need to stop her now.

'Release Crystal dead soul: Apo-'.

'Stop it!!', Layla scream as she run to protect her friend. Big flower like crystal appear with the color of purple. The flower blooms and purple light shot out. 'Ly, get out of the way'. Ash eyes widen when Layla wants to take the hit for him. 'You'll get hurt! Move your sorry ass away!'.

'No!!', Layla voice sounds stern. Ash grunt, he has no idea to get Layla out of the way. 'June! Stop it!'.

Gold light surround the girl, on her forehead a crest appear in the shape of a sun. The light dispel her magic almost immediately.
The girl winced, a splitting image of her sister appear inside the girl in front of her. The girl, eyes are fill with tears. 'Stop it June! I know who you are-'. the girl began to put some sense into her.

'Shut up! don't talk like you know me!!', but the image of her sister change into a kid with two ponytails smiling at her. The girl says...

'It's okay June. I will always be by your side', June couldn't do it, the little girl smile shines bright and her eyes looks sincere. June heart is at ease just by looking at the girl. She couldn't do it. Somewhere deep inside her heart a voice rings telling her to keep hurting does who are in her way.

She don't want that, she must resist. The voice is cross by her current rebellion and sends a massive attack through her brain to wreck the whole boy.

'Destroy! destroy! Destroy!'. Those words keep repeating in her mind like a thousand time.

'Shut up! shut up!', June shout while holding her head. She looks like she is fighting something. Zeille start to feel concern about her.

'June are you alright? Should we continue?'. June pant hard as the voice disappear from her mind. Layla rush over to aid June, she don't know her but somehow that name pop into her head. Ash pull her wrist telling her to back off. Layla struggle as hard to get free from his grasp but her effort are futile. 'Please, I beg of you let me go already', she ask with a teary eyes. Ash flinched. He hates it when girls cry.

'Fine what ever but remember she's an enemy!', Layla nod. She sprint towards the girl as soon as Ash let go of her wrist. June seems hurt mentally rather than physically. The man want to push her off but he's letting her touch his friends.

'Were does it hurt? let me help you', she ask.

'Why are you here?'. Pain is limiting her ability to speak but she still manage to say a few words.

'Hey, you are the one who call for me right'.

June is shocked when SE hears that. 'Someone heard me. She watch as tears start to form and fall down the girl red cheek.

'It's okay, I'm with you. I will forever be with you. Now, don't cry'.

'nee-sama', June says before she pass out. She sleep with a big grin plastered across her face. Layla feel at ease, even though she technically didn't do anything but the girl safety is enough to comfort her.

'Hey, take good care of her for me will you', Layla plead to the man.

He make his I don't care face. 'Slicer of the metal fire dragon'.

The attack hit Layla on her stomach causing a severe bleeding and losing her consciousness but her heart keep chiming the word nee-sama. She fell warm and cuddly inside. She feel the bond that once said lost.

Fairy Hunter: Chapter 37

‘Where did you bring me?!’, June snap when she realizes that she is trap inside a giant sphere.

Ray didn’t say a thing, he just keep staring June. ‘Well are you going to answer?’, she snap putting her arms on her waist.

‘Ice head?’.Ray asks. This is confusing. He thought he get the right girl.

‘What is the matter with you! First you doubt my ability now you giving me ridiculous name. Geez!!! You are boiling my blood!’.

Ray just stood there dumbfounded. ‘I didn’t get the wrong girl but she’s too different’. Ice cold whip almost hit his body but he manage to duck it. He stumble a little. ‘Nice save’, he thought.

‘No time to think’, he remind himself. His opponent is the legendary crystal princess. If he’s not careful he might get hurt .

‘Ice slicers!’, two sharp ice approach Ray on his right and left sight. He manage to jump but another attack hit his face.

‘Snow punch, crystal dragger!’.

‘Impressive! Two attacks in one. It’s my turn and my turf!’. Ray eyes turn dark blue and the sphere shakes furiously.

From underneath the ground a scale paws appear and little by little the gigantic figure finally shows it’s true self.


‘Rise from the deepest part of the seven seas: Archangel water dragon!’, the dragon roar and the place shake again. Ray jump on top of the dragon and a chain wrap around his hand and around the dragon hind and front legs. Now Ray look like riding a horse. After the chain wrap the dragon body the dragon stand up and breaks it off. June wonder why go so much trouble if the dragon going to break it anyway. The she gets her answer.

When Ray stand up the dragon stand up. June eyes shine as light of the dragon chest beaming so bright the darkness in her heart start to fade away.

‘Ultimate bind : Dragon soul’.

June eyes widen as she sees the infinite dragon walks towards her and a spear appear on the dragon right hand. ‘Execute : Nebula tragedy!’. Blinding light blue sphere appears right behind the tip of the spear and it’s getting bigger when it’s absorb the water surrounds it.

‘No time to be amaze’. June jump out of the way only slightly managing to survive a few meters away.

‘How can I defeat a dragon that gigantic?’, June start to panic. She has never being cornered this bad before.

‘Use your dragon tamer power’, a voice rings in her mind.

‘Hurry!’, the voice say again. June has no choice but to do as she says but she has no idea how to activate the power at all.

June calm herself and she take a deep breath. She closes her eyes and begin to search inside of herself. The dragon turns around. ‘What is she doing?’. Ray wonder.

June open her eyes and sigh lightly. Crystal bow and arrow appear in her two hands.

‘Dragon vanquishing arrow!’, the arrow strike through the dragon arm.

Ray could feel the stinging pain as the arrow destroy his water armor.

Ray just open his eyes and June is right in front of his face. ‘Explode: Crystal bomb!’.

Black crystal surrounds his body and explodes into a million pieces and thrust his whole body. Far behind he could hear June chant another spell.

‘Crystal bind’.

Ray could feel his movement has been restricted.

‘Shoot, I can’t attack her if I’m bind. I guess I have to use the other one’.

‘Dragon return!’.

The blue armor dragon disappear and Ray fall but safely land on his feet.

‘Crystal release’, June snaps her fingers. Ray body feel a little loose.

‘Call, Infinite dragon Railer!’.

A dragon about eight stories high appear. The dragon stand on its two feet. It has broad shoulders and a large chest armor. Bright yellow color armor for chest and light for its legs and a little yellow knight helmet. The dragon had a really long white beard with a spear on its right hand.

‘You call?’.

Ray nod. ‘Can you help me? This girl is good’.

Railer take glance towards June. The girl looks calm but Railer knows deep inside there’s a little amazement and fear. He then look at Ray. His body full with crystal that shines. Something hit Railer in the head.

‘Could it be?’. Railer put that thought into the back of his head, to him one focus is needed in a battle and no more.

‘What do you need me to do Ray?’.

‘Merge with me and let’s finish her’.

'No I will not, especially when you are that useless'. Railer points it out.

Ray pout, he want to say something but he knows this is not the time to have a fight with an eight stories high monster.

'Whatever but don't harm that girl'.

June take a step back, and manage her battle formation.

‘Ray is that girl the princess?’.

‘Find out yourself old man’, Ray snarl.

‘Tch, always with the manners’.

Railer speed up and appear within milliseconds in front of June face.

‘Let’s see if you are as good as they say you are, Ocean madness’.

Swirling ocean water hit June in the face. That made her loose her vision a little and her stability. June wipe the salt water from her face. Her heart burns when the dragon just stand there and smirking at her.

‘Don’t you look down on me !’, she shout and start a counter attack.

‘Crystal empire secret bow, Imperial destruction.’

June aim from the ground and as she predicted the ground froze into crystal and trap the dragon legs which gives her some time to hit the dragon with….

‘Crystal dragon vanquishing fang!’

The dragon tumble down but without June realizing the back of the spear hit her stomach and sends a wave of pain through her body. June roll and hit the wall. Ruthlessly, the dragon use…

‘Electric fang’. Electric surge through the water which send a thousand pain through her body.

Panting hard June try her hardest to come up with a plan.

‘That’s it’, she stand up shakily.

‘Not enough yet?’.

‘We are far from done’, June wipe blood from the corner of her mouth and smile.

‘If speed is your game then I will give speed.’

June disappear and reappear behind the dragon back.

‘How did you-?’. Before he can finish that he is sent flying through the roof.

Again June appear behind it back.

‘Crystal dragon white fang.’

Railer crushed through the solid ice ground.

‘When did she froze the whole sphere?’. He wondered to himself. Not long after that another attack hit his body. This time the attack is strong enough to break his chest armor.

‘Final phase: Dance of the snow dragon.’

Snow start to cover the whole place causing it to breaks into pieces.

‘Shine: White dragon paralyzing arrow.’

The white arrow struck Railer through his bare chest.

June walks closer towards the dragon. Her eyes are cold as ice. The warm the Ray sees before is gone. June raise an icy sword above her head, she’s ready to destroy her opponent.

‘Wait! June!!!’, Ray force himself up to save the poor dragon.

The sword almost hit Railer chest but a tear drop on top of his chest.

‘Who am I’, June whisper.

Railer could see the line of tear on her eyes. He feel pity for her. She is suffering so bad, only Ray can help her before it's too late.

‘I’m so sorry’, she sob.

‘Stop your pitiful crying’, Railer snap. From the corner of his eyes he could see that Ray almost there.

‘What?’.

‘If you want to have a nice life, you have to take your own first step towards the light. If you can’t do that then don’t live at all!’. Railer disappear into dust right after he says that.

‘My own step’, June murmur. She feel a familiar warm and strong hand around her shoulders and someone calling her name with a little shaking.

‘June! June! June!’, Ray call again and again.

He feel a little worried when June space out too long. Ray has to be a little bad. He dip his hand inside the water and bring out a ball of water and SPLAT!!!.

‘What are you doing!!’, June bark.

Ray sheepishly smile. ‘Sorry you were spacing out too long and I start to get a little worried about you’. June looks piss but she just push it away.

‘Hey how about the mad stuff? Did Railey scream at you or scold you?’.

June expression turn dark immediately, her bangs cover her blue eyes she seems depress.

‘Shoot, did I do something bad again. But I really need to give her back this hair clip of hers’.

Ray brush off June’s bangs and clip her bangs to the right side, he also break the braided hair on her right side and brush it. Afterwards he face her and smile.

‘This is the June that I know and love’, Ray blush real hard and June too.

‘W-What I mean is I really like you as a friend’, he stammered.

‘S-Sure, I guess really what you meant’, June says sounding a little disappointed.

Out of nowhere June could hear a voice calling her name.

‘I’m sorry I have to go.’ Ray pull her wrist and she face him from eye to eye.

‘Remember , keep on being a nice little girl okay’, Ray gives out one of his charming smile.

June want to say yes but she remember what happen to Railey.

‘No- I can’t say that. In fact I shouldn’t say anything to you at all but I win the match and thank you for the hair clip’.

She says before the whole place breaks and release the both of them.

‘A weak will not live on this lonely world’, is the last thing June says before she gone to somewhere else.

Fairy Hunter : Chapter 36

June enters the room where she will be staying for the rest of her life. The maid open the door revealing the red curtains, her queen size bed, her study table and her own personal bathroom with Jacuzzi. For the first time in her life she feels wanted and accepted and gifted. June wonder off, jumping of the soft bed and singing and bathing and doing much more. ‘I never thought that the bad side is so much better than being good’, she said before she slam dunk herself right into the Jacuzzi which make the water spill here and there.

She rose up and lean on the Jacuzzi. Taking a deep relaxing breath every single memory of her past come and go. She start to remember her sister and brother but most of all Railey. June sigh, the bird stay in her mind since the day that no good spirit turns her into dust. June get out of the soothing bath and grab the towel wrapping her beautiful shaped curves and tight. She the like of girls who hates to show their body around for any boy to see but their beloved husband.

June grab her newest member suit which blue in color, yes her favorite color. The dress reach her knees and in covers her body really well. There’s a fluff covering the shoulders and wrist part. And there is also a fluff covering the end of the dress. She also get a pair of woman boots with an emerald embedded at the center of the boots, beside the emerald is a wavy golden lines that reaches each side of her feet.

June has to change her hairstyle a bit when she realizes that her hair clip has gone missing. She pull her bangs to the right, she braided a strand of hair on her right side so they wouldn’t disturb her vision. She take a look around one last time before she head out to their headquarters in the underground basement. They want to call it that but to June it’s more of a cellar that underground basement.

‘This is my new home’, she says before she close her gigantic door which is about ten stories high and lock it. The corridors are full with various paintings of sad to happy and bloody. One painting shows a knight impaled an old king near his throne. In mere minutes she arrive at the glass stairway with snowflakes decoration on each stair. What amazing about the stair is every time someone step on the stair music will start to play. The stair is more like a gigantic piano in June opinion.

‘BIBIDI’, is the first stair melody.

‘BBOBEDY’, is the next.

‘BOOO’, is the third.

June hum the rest of the rest of the melody as she goes down the stair.

She open the giant door near the pantry and enter herself in. She looks everywhere for a seat near the ruckus area. She really hate it when many people are at each other throat. June manage to find a seat right next to a mummy looking guy, His face is bandage fully except for his red left eye and there is bandage sticking out of his face. The door open and the master planner enter the room with someone June fairly knows.

‘Alright my friends it seems you have met our newest and yet dearest member June’. He says before he takes a seat.

‘Listen brats! The enemy has found out about the dark staff we are looking for and I think for some reason there is a traitor among us’, the sentence send everybody whispering.

‘QUIET!!!’, the master slam his staff and the member shut their yaps up immediately.

‘Now, now. We need to focus on our next mission. Since Zeille is in no condition to fight I have no other choice but to send our newest member to the front line.’ Some of the members don’t quite agree with the decision, they doubt the newbie can handle such an important mission. June knows her cue. She stand up and slam her hand on the table.

‘I know you people would never believe if I tell you that I’m more powerful than most of the people here but I do wonder what will happen if I show you the proof.’

‘Show us then missy’. They chuckle, June knows their doubt will bring the end to them.

‘Execute: Dark snow bomber’, June eyes turn dark and cold. The water in the air freeze into snowballs and glows in the color of red. In mere seconds the snowballs explode sending a wave of explosion and harm almost everyone in the room except for the master, the butler and June herself. June take a step closer towards one of the doubting man.

‘Now, do you dare insult me ?’.

The man whimper and shakily shake his head.

‘Good’, June slam the man head down on the ground causing him to bleed.

‘June my dear, you don’t have to be so mad about them. They are your friends after all’. June spit.

‘My friend?’, she snarl.

‘I have no friends what so ever. I hate the one they call friends and I much prefer solitude rather than this so call friends’, she said that and storm out of the meeting room.

‘She certainly something right Master’.

‘I need you to call her to my office Oh don’t forget to bring Zeille along and Isaac but tell him to put on a disguise so she would recognize him if he want to live.’

‘Yes master’, the butler head out to finish his job

‘Huh, I wonder why can’t master send me solo.’

June take a peak on her partners. Her so call brother has bandage on his stomach and the other guy who June didn’t see during the meeting yesterday. He wears a mask the covers his whole face except for his eyes, he has a thing about cloak. He also wears a really large amount of ring on his hand and he has two staff behind his back. One staff had the look of a lightning and the other has the look of a rock. He is wearing sandals instead of boots. June stand up. She feels something. Even though right now they are in the middle of air June could feel the aura. It’s moving fast.

‘What’s the matter June?’. June shake her head, she must be imagining stuff. Furthermore, she don’t want to share stuff with a traitor.

‘Can’t this animal go faster’, she snap.

A vein pops on Zeille forehead. ‘No it can’t, we are almost there anyway so what’s the rush?’.

June left him hanging. Zeille sigh, the girl in front of him change absurdly, what he did has change the sweetest girl to the most annoying and most possibly hated girl in Echantros. June start to hum the melody she heard on her way down and up the stairs.

‘June where did you hear that melody?’.

‘I don’t know, it just came to me I guess.’

‘There also some lyrics to it but I only get a quarter of them.’ June close her eyes and starts singing the song in her head.

‘One..two…three, soaring up the skies,

Let’s sing the melody of the princesses,

One is crystal and one is light,

They heart unite to form a single light,
Light up the darkness fright…..’. That’s all she can remember for the time being, maybe more when she has the chance.

‘We are here’, Zeille announce as they land on a place with rocks everywhere and beautiful garden but many dead flowers. June walks around and she could see the little resemblance of the once majestic castle by the holed tower and the destroyed tower door and the holed dungeon. As if in her mind she can replay the whole scene why the castle became this bad and why the place is now nothing but a pile of rubbles.

Suddenly, June could feel the same energy she felt when she was flying up in the skies. She follows the energy pass a maze the half burn everywhere. In the end she ended up near a pond. The water is so clear with a sculpture of two princesses holding hands. She knows one of the princess face so well. She dips her feet into the cold pond and brushes her fingers over the statue princess.

‘No way,’ she breath in amazement. This place certainly holds a lot of secrets. Near the edge of the pond June could hear boots running towards her direction. She turn around and launches her attack.

‘Snow icicles’, razor sharp icicles hit her target well but she manage to put a shield to protect herself.

‘Who are you?’, the voice ask.

‘None of your business’, June say as she take off running towards the center of the castle where their master said the runes will be. When she arrive in the garden, June sees Zeille and the mask man fighting a multi-type weapon mage and a rare dragon fire tamer mage. June need to sneak in without them knowing and she can sneak out pretty easily. Well her plan half done when the same voice interrupts her.

‘Excuse me? Are you lost?’. The voice ask sounded a little mocking.

‘Why you!’, June jump backwards and call forth her trusty bow and arrow. She manage to call the out even though Railey isn’t with her anymore. ‘Execute: Heaven and earth arrow-‘. Her attack is interrupted when she heard a familiar magic.

‘Water bomber’. Many liquid of balls in the shape of a circle surrounds them and explode sending a massive water attacks towards the three of them.

‘What are you doing here’, June ask rudely.

Ray didn’t answer what she asks instead he bring her to a place where only the two of them are there.

‘Bind: Magic bubble’.

Fairy Hunter : Chapter 35

Dark cold place, no light can pass through. The stinky smell and the eerie sound. Screaming voice has been a routine to hear when you are lock up inside a big fish bowl with lots of drain magic chain. Her clothes tear apart showing her thighs and some unwantted places. June groan, she never knew her life is such a trash, her friends abandon her. Her brother hurt her. What tore her apart is the rumors she heard about Railey life force will be drain for the legendary phoenix tears. She need to get out of here.
The chain clinging harsh, June try her best to escape the jail she's in. Her wrist, neck and legs are chain to the glass wall. How she hate her self right now. Chained like an animal, how lowly some people treat her. Tears start to come out, she can't wipe it away with her chained wrist, if only she have Railey by her side she will fell much better. June could hear boots stomping on the ground. She hate that voice.

'Here's your food June'. Zeille step inside the jail and feed her but she wouldn't open her mouth.

'June please open up, you haven't eaten for three days now. Please it's for your own good.'

The truth about Zeille is, he really love June as his beloved little sister and he is doing this for her sake. If she refuses to surrender there's no telling what might happen to the guild, that will not only tore her heart apart but it will tor his too. He knows what June has been through all of them, he knows it all. He knows how June hate to cry infront of people and how June dislike the ones that betray her. He now knows what a pain her past life. Her heart just torn apart toomany times. She can't return to light if she loses one more of her precious friend.

'How dare you! How dare you says that to me with such tone! Do you think I will forgive you! You traitor you.. you...', she can't continue, her body feel shaky, really shaky.

Zeille sigh, what he has done is unforgivable but he never thought June would hold a grudge this bad. He stand up, and walk out. He unlock the rollers underneath the giant fish bowl and pull June out of the dungeon. Along the way June could see many people terrrifed and some maybe crazy, there's a kid clutching her legs and mumbling about something. Some bang the cell wall and say something stupid like I want to go home and kill me. June most unforgetable part is when she sees a child see her mom being beheaded for no reason. That child try to stuggle free, she try so hard but at last the blade cut her mother head.

The blade is stain with innocent people blood. The child sob and scream. Such a horryfiying thing to see for scuh a tiny creature. That can scar her for life. Zeille bring her into a shinny room. In the center June could see Railey locked inside. She look very weak, June move her arm to reach Railey but what a waste.

'Please let my friend go', June say between tears.

From behind the cage a black man with red eyes appear. His smirk never meant good news. The chain around June body clatter and clank, she trying to get some energy inside her so she can break the bones in the guy body but the more she try the more her energy drain away. The man open the curtain behind him and reveal a really big contraption. June gasps, that contraption. She heard rumors about it but she never thought that it exist.

'Did you know what this is?'.

June struggle even more when the man put Railey inside the hole in the center of the machine. 'No! I must stop him!', that was only on her mind. Literally, she can't do anything. With the chain draining her energy and all, she really is useless.

'Stop struggling, that is worthless. If you still struggle I won't guarentee the phoenix will live to see tomorrow'.

June stop imediatley, she can't risk Railey. She won't let anyone gone because of her anymore. Zeille turn June around, this time she could see a large painting of the destruction around the Echantros and what's suprising she herself is in the center. She stand on top of a cliff with lightning and thunder flash from her hand and hit the ground which drain the life out of the living things beneath her.

'Do you know what the painting means?'.

June didn't dare to answer but she knows something bad about to happen her heart speaks so and so far she never miss. Inside she scream for help even though no one would hear her, she still have to try. June close her eyes and scream mentally inside her head. She breath a sigh of relief when she feel someone response but she didn't put much hope in it because that maybe her imagination.

'If you turn side to the dark this will happen'.

The man walks towrads her and open her cell door. He pull up her chin, June could feel the stink breath mix up with her. She struggle even more but this time she could feel the breath right behind her ear. She groan. She wriggle her wrist, maybe this is the time she will escape, but her effort really not working when the man slide his fingers towards her wirst. He has the bad look on his face and June despise it.

'Stop trying and give it up will you, there's no way you will get out of here'.

'Never! I shan't give up! Until I die I will never give up! No I won't'.

'Man, you are a fiesty one aren't you, but I wonder if you will change your mind when I sucked the life form out of your little friend over there?'.

June eyes turn infinite horror, 'No! don't touch her! I beg of you don't touch her'. The man snarl, he put his fingers on top of her lips. His eyes never can never be trusted.

'Listen, here my darling, if you surrender your heart to the dark side I promise you that the bird will not be harm'.

June eyes widen, her brain mashed up wether she should do it or not. From behind she could hear Railey voice but it's faint.

'No, June will never surrender her heart to the dark side'. The man snarl again. He left the cage and walk towards the lever that start the machine.

'You, stupid bird, even if she agree I will still kill you'.

'Like I care you idiot.'

'It's your death wish bird', he smirk and pull the lever down.

Railey look over towards June, she could see her teary eyes. She know what she done will hurt her but June need to live up to her fear and keep going forward. 'Bye, June'.

'Railey!!!'.

Tears start to come even more, her one fear has start to come back.

'Stop!!! please stop!'.

Blinding yellow light flash and covers her eyes. Railey start to disappear into dust little by little. The bird eyes seems calm when she face her doom. It's like she have never regret her decision. June watch in pain as her one true friend disappear into nothing but a grain of dust. In the end a drop of phoenix tear appear.

'Look here, if I weren't mistaken if I drink this I will be invincible right?'. He eyed June, he knows she going to snap, just a little more push will do the trick. The man has an idea he make a lancer appear and stab Zeille on his stomach, as Zeille fall down the man smirk in victory, this probably make the girl snap. He is correct, when June breath heavily, as she see her aniki bleeding. She can't hold the gate anymore. She can't chain the beast anymore.

'NO MORE!!!!!'.

As she scream black and dark purple light swirls aroun her body covering them with darkness and hatred, pain and vain. The chain the once restricted her movement broken into peices. The jar break just by feeling her demonic aura. She step closer towards Zeille and pull the lance away from his belly. She place her hand on the wound, in seconds the wound disappear.

Her body covered with blanket of black only red eyes are seen as she walk closer towards the man. Her anger tells her to kill the man right on the spot. 'Summon, Crystal dark claws', dark crystal like claws appear on top of her fingers. She speed up and stab the man.

'Ugh!', blood spill out and the man fall backwards.

June open the door to Railey cage, she hope what she sees earlier is just an illusion. Unfortunately, Railey wasn't there. The only thing left is a peice of paper with blue ribbon. June pick it up. she opens it and a dust of phoenix magic flew around the room and disappear. June could see Railey flying inside the room with a smile on her face. June feel a little bit calmer and she decide to free all the prisoner inside the place. With one click of her fingers the gate to every known cell open. The prisoners take their leave before the master wakes up. June stand on the balcony, she watched as the moonlight shine the night. She still wrap in darkness, somehow she don't want to return to normal. She feels safe and secure. June was enjoying the peace until the door behind her slam open and a man with a dark phoenix step in.

'Hmmm, you are better than what I can imagine but sadly you can never kill a spirit'. A dark man in cloak state.

June feel dunbfounded when he mention a spirit. She never fought a spirit. Did she?

'What are you talking about? I never fought a spirit?'.

The cloak man smirk. He enjoy as June make a total fool of herself.

'Do you really think you have kill the very master of this palace. I'm sorry but you are wrong. You want to know why? That's because the one you just fought is a spirit from the Echantia.'

The dark man revael something that suprise the skin out of June. The man she just fought, he look unharm but he is chain to a pole with the scar she just made. June start to feel like the dark man want her to do something.

'Just get on with the real thing why you met me here'.

'How about this, follow us and avenge your faith and get your revenge on this cruel world. Join the darkness and I promise the thing you want the most will be yours'.

The blanket of darkness disappear and reavel the unharm June. Her eyes are black. She will never go back on her past, it's time to move on. She step down from the balcony, she have doubt in her heart but she push it far away. What she has witness today has told her a lesson. Those who are weak will never survive, the strong will truimph. The man hold out his hand and June grab it without hesitation. She want to get stronger and revive Railey if she could.

'But on one condition I want to kill that spirit', she growl.

'I'm sorry my dear, you can't have him just yet but when the whole plan works, you can play with him all you want', the man smirk.

'Fine, as long as I can tear him into shred that is good enough for me'. She still has a score to settle with that man.

'Bring Zeille and that spirit along they can have their rewards later'.

June don't want to look back. She is stepping out of this dark cold place and become much stronger, no one can hurt her ever again. She mean no one! Snow start to fall down, how the realm of Echantros fear their doom when the crystal princess has taken her first step into darkness.

Fairy Hunter : Chapter 34

Thump..thump.... That's how Layla heart start to beat. She feel like somone is calling her for help but she can't her the person but she can feel the feeling the person feels. She was too distracted about the thing so bad she didn't realize that Ray slam dunk Ash right on top on her favourite chocolate double cake.

'Ash....', dark aura surround Layla as she plan a killing scheme to avenge her chocolate cake.

'Layla-', Ash tremble. He knows if he stays there he's dead. Ash take off running around the guild meanwhile Layla run after him with a sword in her hand. The guild mates laugh when they see how the newbie act around Ash. Layla mumble something about you going to pay for killing my cake you flame head kid.

'My, my Layla sure is lively'.

'Mhmm, You are right Myra, she sure do make we feel like a family again. You know after 'she' is gone'.

Myra stop cleaning the glass. Her bangs covers her eyes. Zierra slap her mouth. She shouldn't bring that up, she should have known that Myra will be very sensitive about the issue. After the girl had gone, the person who suffer the most is Myra if you want to count Ash out. Still she shouldn't have said it. Myra take off her apron and neatly fold it. She brush the dirt of her dress.

'I'm going to take some break for awhile, would you mind taking care of the bar for me Z?'.

'Yeah, sure'. Zierra stutter a bit. She bit her bottom lips and mentally hitting her self.

'Idiot, you shouldn't have bring that up. Huh, I guess I will apologize as soon she get back. Stupid me with my stupid blabbering mouth.'

'What's wrong with Myra? All of sudden so gloomy like that'. Zierra gulp.

Ray notices that expression in her face. 'Z, you didn't say any thing nostalgic did you?', Zierra sweatdrop, she did say something nostalgic.

'I just accidently blurt out about 'her'.' Zierra says innocently but deep inside she blame herself for bringing that up in the first place.

'You know how sensitive she is towards that right'. For the first time Zierra being scold by someone in her life. Layla come dragging Ash by his neck with Burn following her from behind sweatdropping and signaling Ray and Zierra for help. Both of them shrug. They don't want their lives taken by Layla. After a milkshake or two Layla calm down.

'Where is master? I need to have a word with him'.

Zierra points to and old and rusty door on the second floor of the building. Layla thanks them and run up the stairs like her life depends on it. Beaten up Ash take a seat right next to Ray. Zierra shot a death glare when she knows what about to happen. Ash wants to quarrel with Ray again, this must be about the revenge thingy. Honestly, what can't this two babies be friends for once in their pathetic life.

After three minutes, the master came out with a stren face and Layla right behind him. She didn't look less calm either. It seems the both of them has discuss something serious. Ash face turn pale. He thought that maybe Layla is a tatale and told something horrid about him squashing her favourite cake.

Master approach them, Ray and Zierra seems calm about it, they don't think Layla is a fuss that bad but maybe Master had other plans for them, Who knows? Ash on the other hands is paler than usual with his mouth open and his eyes colorless. Burn has try his best calling his BFF back to reality but it seems worthless because what ever his friend imagining. It must have scared the skin out of him. Layla snap her finger in front of him a few times before he snap back.

'What did you do that for?'.

'Just a thing to snap your brain back to reality'.

'For what?'.

'For the new mission I want the four of you to go'.

'Where to master?'.

'The ruins of Floweria and retrieve the runes and the staff there so we can decode the ancient text to the map of the darkness staff.'

Everyone looks shock to hear the news execpt for Ash who is certainly a dumdum about the whole thing.

'Idiot, don't you learn anything from school'.

'Bury, never teach me such things anyway, plus he went missing the next day remember! He went missing for the last seven years', Ash snap back.

'Sheesh, that what you get for learning with a bird'.

'What did you say you bastard?'. Burn is on fire, why wouldn't he? He's a bird and that guy just insulted a bird.

'I didn't mean you Burn', Ray sweatdrop, Burn sometimes can be very menacing when he get work up by something.

'Enough, now I want you guys to depart tomorrow and get there as quickly as you can. Oh before I forgot, bring Velery with you, she can be very useful in this time of need.'

'Who is velery?'.

'Oh that would be me, teehe'.

Layla blush. The girl infront of her simply cute.

She's wearing a flat boots that reaches her ankle, there's a light carving of golden rose petal on the center. Her skirt reaches her mid tight with a fluff underneath. Her skirt has three layers of frills, she also have something about a hooded jacket but she shorten the sleeves so it only reaches her shoulders, she also wearing a metal bracelet with a moon carving. Her eyes is baby blue and she has her hair lose and kind of wavy in the end and She like to hold book close to her chest.

'So elegant', that almost make her nosebleed. She certainly all boys type.

'Velery can you be at the train station at nine a.m tomorrow?'.

'Sure, no problem'.

Layla need to know how this girl can act so charming, she's like the angel herself. She cute sincere smile and her way of dressing shows her personality. Layla want to be like her, she want to be a femini for a change. Sometimes she wondered, why is it she loves to be a tomboy so bad. She regreted her decision back then, if only she can go back in time.

'Huh, a new girl I presume, nice to meet you my name is Velery, Velery silverstar. I hope we can be best of friends. By the way do you like novel and stuff?'.

'Yes! I do!'.

'Ly, hahaha like she really love them'.

'Shut up'. Layla and velery happily talks about their commons leaving the beaten up Ash alone on the ground. Poor him.

Fairy Hunter : Chapter 33

'Aqi, what is the matter? you have been very down for a day or two?'.

The blue haired maiden turn around only to see her big brother concern face. She pull out her best smile but surely her brother can read her like a book. Something must be really bad that it bug his sister like this. He want to know more. What could be the problem? His very happy and delicate sister now frowning like a lemon.

'Have you seen Grena lately?'.

'No, I guess. What is it with him?'.

'Nothing of the matter. Just asking?'.

Aqi force a smile on her face. Her brother wouldn't stop bugging her until she smile. Finally, her brother go out of her room because of a meeting with the council.

In reality, how can she smile when she knows one of her friend in the brink of falling into darkness. Aqi could see the beautiful stars and town in the spirit realm but she knows they will be invaded soon enough. She rememeber what Grena said last night.

'Grena! how long has it been since our last ecounter?'.

'Very long indeed, my princess'.

'Please don't call me that. Hey why are you here anyway? shouldn't you be at the healing chamber in Equastridel?'.

'Are you kicking me out?'.

'No-'.

'Don't worry I didn't mind it at all just came here to say a few words to my dearest friend.'

'What is it?'.

'Run, they whole place will be invaded with darkness as soon as the dark empire has their hand on the crystal princess of the Floweria empire'.

'But, the princesses went missing and were confirm dead because of their blood spilling into the cold sea. How can they be alive?'.

'That wasn't their blood but someoene else.'

'Are you saying that-'.

'Yes, pretty much.'

'What about the older sister?'.

'She in a capable hand of Fairy Hunter oh! she's a spirit summoner just like her mother and a galactic dragon tamer like her father but unfortunately, she couldn't open the gate to the dragon power. For some reason someone lock it. I think the dark empire don't want the sisters to open their gate of dragon because if they do. The power of the duo are beyond compare. ONLY their decendence can have the power to defeat them. Until then....'.

Grena couldn't continue. he remember what he had done to his Layla. She has been very kind to a spirit like him. The past scar is haunting again.

The deep wound is bleeding. He can't choose wether to follow orders of the past or the future. To be who he's not or who he really is. The princess see the sad face of her companion and she knows what is bothering him. After all they are childhood friends.

'I don't think she would mind if you show her your true self Grena'.

'How did you know what I was thinking?'.

'Mind magic, comes with the key remember'.

'Even so, I still need the power to protect her. she don't know what is coming her way and I'm fed up being weak. I'm not going to become what I was centuries ago. Never again.'

Aqi could see the darkness taking hold of his heart. What could she do? She have try everything to put some sense into this guy but none works because of his indespicable obsession over power. All he ever thought is the weak shall fall and the strong shall rise. Aqi couldn't blame him though. His past can explain why he feel that way.

'I'll be leaving. Thanks gor talking to me Aqi'.

Aqi couldn't stop him from his astray path. She has try every thing she can but it's not enough and that is why she is stress. She feel like the whole world hate her for some reason. Aqi sigh when she remember about yesterday. It get her gloomy and now everybody is concern with her.

Grena sit in one of the sit near the Lakilaki pond. It's sure is calming sitting here and do nothing. He feel really sad for what he just said to her that night. She must have hate him right in the guts. Oh how sad and miserable he can be. He just hurt the most trusted friend in his life.

'What are you doing at the lake in this kind of hour Grena?'.

Grena turn around. Yes, it's her alright. The blue maiden.

Grena smile sheepishly, he really can't answer that question. The girl take a seat rigth next to him.

Her long straight hair and the golden crown on her head, her navy blue eyes. All of them are very elegant.

She is wearing her nightgown dress and a pair of glass slippers. It seems she just wake up for her nice sleep.

'Grena, you have the ability to transalate a dream didn't you?'.

'Yes, I do. Why?'.

'Well, I have a dream that a dark dragon destroy everything. He sucked every single soul and he destroy Lumira. Then I see a group of mages coming in and save us all but the water mage. He enrage the great crystal princess and they are trap in some kind of battle underneath our garden and the place they will fight call 'Death case'. I want to find out about this death case but somehow when I ask everyone in the castle, they say that's just a myth. But I believe there will be the place where our hopes for survival hangs in balance. Because that place will be the place the crystal princess choose her way. Dark or light.'

Grena look the girl straight in the eyes. He knows she is serious and he knows something that the girl don't know. Grena look up towards the skies. He really mess up that badly if she dreamt that badly.

'Aqua, did you see me anywhere in your dream?'. Aqua twitch, she knows where he is but she just can't believe what she sees.

Maybe just a mind play. Grena try again but she still won't open her mouth. He has no more ideas to make her spill the beans so he decided just to continue with his problems.

Grena knows nothing about trust and acceptance, all he ever knows is hatred and vain.

'Aqua, if you have trick someone for their own sake do you think that's a right decision?'.

'That a stupid one.'

'Why?'.

'Because whatever reason we are doing, if we lie it will hurt the person more than we can imagine even though we say that's for their own good. We need to think back, are we really doing it for their sake or for our own. Sometimes people think they did it for others sake but instead they are hurting them even more and they are hurting themselves. Why all of sudden Grena?'.

'I have a friend that I treasure since I was a kid. I want to protect her but I was too weak so I decided to take a black path and in the end I become her bodyguard but after years the path bite me back when they want me doing something that could corrupt the world. If I don't they will reveal that I was a weakling and my friend will never like me like usual'.

Aqua could see the trouble face. Aqua knows everything. Grena knows that fact too, that's why he didn't feel very much trouble when talking to the maiden.

 Even if he try to hide it, she will still know what is hidden and what is not in any spirit heart. That's how powerful she is. She also has this ability that can predict the future but in a dream way.

'What is your friend like? Tell me all about her'.

'Well, she really a considerate person. She never leave anyone back even though that person hurt her in every single way. She's very strong and she like the light itself, always shine up darkness in everyone heart. If she's sad, everyone around her will notice. She's also very loyal and trustworthy. She very energetic and sometimes can be very destructive. That's happen when one of her friends is in danger. That's all I can say about her'.

Aqua take a deep breath before she explain everything to this lost spirit. If one words went wrong that means an end to him. 'I don't understand'.

'What?'.

'I don't understand your problem?'.

'Like I said-'.

'That's not what I mean, why do you feel  so worried if she is someone that never left anyone behind even though they hurt her, and yet you feel woried that she might left you. Well, yes she will be mad but not for long. If you can explain everything. I can guarantee that she will forgive you but that will take time. Will you accept the time Grena?'.

Grena look into the lake. 'Yes,' he's face turn calm. He feel at aease when he hears the words coming out of Aqua mouth.

She's very talented in giving advices and Grena owe her alot of time.

'Clink,clank', they could hear a high heel boots stomping from behind. They know very well whom that person is.

'Aqua!!! What are you doing here?'.

'Nothing much'.

The girl sigh. She wears a fluffy night gown dress in the color of pink, she have a long straight hair that reach her shoulder and a hairclip in the shape of a cloud, she have tiny cute little ram like horns. Fun fact about her, she like high heels very much, she even wears them to bed. The pink girl take a seat near Grena.

'Ari-hime? What are you doing here?'.

'Will you quit sounds so shocked Grena!', she make her famous irritating face.

'I heard what you guys talking about. Sorry I didn't mean to eavesdrop but I just simply heard it by chance. Grena, you say she is your childhood friend but you never think her that way did you'.

Grena feel shocked when Ari-hime says that. True, he never thought Layla as his childhood friend but...

'Yes, so what'.

'You never trust her like she trust you. You think she wouldn't accept you for who you are but when you talk about her it's a total opposite. You know who she is but you don't trust her for who she really are. All you ever think her as a cruel mistress or friend that will never accept you. What a shame.'

'Sorry',  Grena mouthed.

Ari-hime stand up and jump into the cold lake, she pull Aqua by her wrist, that makes the two of them soaked wet. Aqua really hate it when she is soaked wet during the night.

Grena chuckle when he sees the two teen girls about his age laughing and having a great time. Grena could feel the same and dangerous aura from the bushes behind him. He sigh, the time has come to make the kill.

'I'll handle the pesky fairies meanwhile you handle the bird', the black man smirk.

Grena change, half of his body fill with tatoos in the color of black and and red. Hir white hair turn into balck and hid right eyes are red in color.

'Let's get this over with'.

Fairy Hunter : Chapter 32

'Everyone'.

June look around. Her guildmates are suffering, and she can't do anything. The center of the wrecked guild shake and a really fat man with a boa wrap around his neck stand up. He wears a hawaii shirt, white shorts and a pair of trashed sandals. His luggage were burn to crips by someone or something. He looks beaten with blood spilling out from his mouth. Bruises covers his entire body.

'Master Z!'.

June grab hold of the man before he collapse. June feel terrified, who is capable of doing such thing to her guild and who is the one that have the power to hurt the Master this badly. For all she knows, her Master is one of the greatest Mage in Echantros and he is pretty hard to defeat. Whom ever harm her master must be really strong.

'Master, who did this to you and to our guild?'.

'June my dear, run for it, run while you can'.

'Are you out of your mind master, how can I leave everyone in their condition like this!'.

'Little missy, you better listen to that old hag'.

A man with a golden hair speaks. His hair is messy, he wears a black jacket with the word 'I AM A DEMON', written at the back. The jacket full with spikes. He wear tight jean with a hole on the ankle and an army boots. There are two more person behind him. A girl with pink long straight hair that reach her waist, she wears a tight dress that reach her mid tight with a black boa wrap around her shoulder. She wears a blue boots and she has a china fan with fluff on top.

The girl really sexy and at the same time very intimidating because she have two electric katana tied up behind her back. The last one also a girl, she look like innocent and good girl. She wears black boots with white socks, her skirt has frills that reach her knee, on top she wears a shirt that looks like a maid blouse, she wears a tear drop of a ruby necklace and a emerald earing in the shape of a clover.

Her hair is taken back and braided, a red ribbon tie the end of her braided hair. Her eyes are red in color. The three of them spells trouble. Their main intention is hidden from anyone knowledge. All they ever say is hand over the crystal emperial maiden. The guild member has no idea what they want but the master knows exactly what they wanted but if he give them the maiden for sure the darkness will rule over Echantros once again.

'I should have never trusted your guild. If I have the chance to turn back time I will perish your master before I save your master', Master Z snap.

'Hahahaha, you really think you can defeat us old hag?'.

'Hey, Kid. Don't joke around just ask him what we want and get this over with'.

' Over my dead body!!!', Master Z shout.

'IS THAT SO?'.

With threathing eyes the man create an air bubble and trap every single guild member inside.

'If you don't hand over the maiden in ten minutes this members of yours will suffocate at once'.


Master Z, feel a large burden behind him. If he choose not to give away the maiden his children will be the victim but if he hand over the maiden, the whole Echantros will be the victim. What should he do, which should he choose. His children or the fate of the Echantros.

'Tick, tock, tick, tock, old man time is ticking away'.

'Fine, I will hand over the maiden to you'.

'Master', June look the old man staright in the eye. His choice will bring the hell to whomever this maiden is and June can't accept that. She won't tolerate. June points her arrow at the trio. 'Execute : Snow freezer', snow covers the arrow at it gets bigger by the minute. Her friends hope that the arrow hit the trio but she miss just an inch away. June curse herself for that.

'Like hell, I'll let the likes of you take away my friends.' June stand up. She hate's it when her friends is taken away. She don't want that girl feel left or betrayal like the way she feel a long time ago, just because of this three. The word giving up never existed in her life book. The man smirk. 'How couragous the girl is but what will she say when she finds out that she is the one we are searching for? That certainly will be entertaining'.

'Hey, missy. Do you have the slightest idea who is this girl we are searching for?'.

'I don't but whom ever it is she probably want someone to protect her. Master I couldn't belive you. I understand and I will-'.

'Enough of this foolishness, no more. My dearest June, you are the maiden they keep on talking about and you are the one they want so badly. Please forgive me and if you feel disappointed in me you can have me life as the price'.

Master Z take out a sharp sword and had it over to June. Her bangs covers her eyes, no one could see her reaction now. One thing for sure, in her the same beat of darkness that once had been thrown away rise again. The once darkness that she swears that will never be open. This situation force her to open it or don't she. June grab the sword. She is in the position to beheaded the master. Her hands trembling when she raise the sword.

Her friends scream, they need to stop her but sadly their voice can't be heard by June. Her heart keep saying 'do it' but her hand won't listen. 'Is this the right thing to do June? Are you sure you want to do it? Won't you regret it later? Remember, you still have someone that will protect you'. June take a glance at Xavier but she couldn't find Ganger. 'Where is he when I need him the most?', June thought.

'Just get the drama over with', that voice, June knows that voice too well. She look up, her hunch is true. Her one true person that she can trust in the world had betray her. The same betrayal her sister had planted in her little heart.

'Ganger, what is the meaning of this?'. June try her best to hold her tears back. He better have some kind of explanation before she explode.

'I will kill you all!', she shout. Luckily, Railey defuse them. She use her calming magic to stop June from doing her intentions without thinking. Railey fly over the counter and snatch the mark remover and remove June insignia. She fly over to the trio. She knows what she's going is wrong but if June stays here, she will become a lot worse than she already is. Railey pity her partner but what a bird like she can do?

Before she leave the master and the guild Garazel, with disgusted eyes she said 'We regret to join this guild. Fairy Hunter : Chapter 31

'To open the gate we need to go south from this place and wait until the second moon start to shine then I will give Ash and Layla this binding chain and they need to insert it inside the holes besides the gate. Only then, we will be able to get back to Echantros'.

All of them have a good night sleep before getting back home.
Is everybody ready?', Shikari ask before they head out. 'Yeah', their eyes twinkle with exictment and happiness but there's slightest worry in their heart, they know what they about to face is harder than anyone could have imagine. They will face one of the greatest power in the magic realm together or solitude.

'Let's go', Shikari open a portal to lessen the time they will use to get to the gate. During half of the day, she train Ash and Layla to control their power so they will not exceed the power of their partner during the transfusion. They go into a secret mountain where normal humans can't see only the one that have a great amount of power have the acess.

Shikari bring them to a lake where the water always sparkle and the waterfall hum the melody of releaxation, which makes the best place for a meditation. Plus, the water can be very efficient for healing any wound.
'Focus in your innner self and look what have been lock and open it'.

Layla wonder around the empty place where there is thousands of lock doors. All she could hear is Shikari voice but she can't see her. 'Search the door that will bring you balance and peace'. That was the last sentence she could hear from Shikari. Shikari looks at the peaceful eyes of Layla but not Ash. He's body is twists like a twisted tree. He can't stop moving or focus on his meditating.

'Man, that blockhead have so much to learn', she slap herself.

'Hey, Shikari, I can't get pass the great big door in my head'.

That attracts all of Shikari attention.

'What do you mean by door,Ash?'. Ash look straight into the lake. 'Ting', water droplet drop inside the lake and reflects the door.

Ash start to open up his origin. 'I don't know why but I fell like I have two life in a diffrent way but somehow they are connected. And I feel like someone had bind my memories of the past.'

Shikari was about to say something when she heard a scream coming from Layla place.

Layla breathing hard, she looks like she just see something that terrified her to death. Shikari hug her, Layla eyes looks like they want to come out. 'The red eyes-', Layla take a deep breath, there are lots more she want to say but she shut it in her throat and keep it hidden at the darkess place in her heart.

'No, I will not involve them, I will deal with him myself'.

Shikari could smell something is hidden from her but Layla doesn't look like she want to talk about it at all. 'Layla, will you tell me what is the matter?'. Layla couldn't resist the eyes of the white guardian, she feel guilty wether she should say anything or not.Ash rumbling tummy save her day.

'Ash are you hungry?.Come on I think Zierra cook some roasted chicken'.

She pull Ash by the wrist the second she have the chance. Shikari just look the both of them running while laughing. She shake her head. She just can't shake the feeling that Layla is hidding something important from her.They eat and chat until the time comes.

'Ash, Layla please take your position'.

Layla on the right side of the gate with the sign of Aries, the ram. Meanwhile Ash with the sign of a mighty dragon king. They insert their hand and start generating their magic into the hole. Ash light up red and orange color, Layla generate the color gold and yellow.

Ash create a corona meanwhile Layla create a chomosphere, finally a beatiful sun with the color of red, orange, yellow and gold appear in the center of the gigantic gate. 'Creak..', the gate open slowly reavealing the green and beautiful plain grass field filled with roses with varieties of color.

The sun shines and illuminate the souls of every living creatures that fill the whole field. Birds with twinkling tail, lions with burning flare runs through the field, eagles soar up the sky with lightning speed and butterflies leaving trails of sparkle. The light breeze hit them which brings the feeling of ease.

'Guys, look ahead, this will be the world we have to protect'.

After lisening to Zierra and Shikari speech, they with the spirit of fire step in. The door slam shut when the last person gone inside. They feel happy to be back espacially when they know that their home is unharm.

The green plain field they saw now dark in color, purple flames here and there, no aura of living things, the dark sky, the exotic and beautiful animals they saw now turn into carcasses lying lifeless and torn apart by something ruthlessly, the glowing trees now nothing but a wooden burn tree bark. The calm wind is gone, the pain and vain emotion fill the whole place.

Flag of anger raise in their heart, the hartred to destroy darkness fill in. 'We need to get master fast, the condition is getting worse by the minute', Zierra voice sounds calm but stern in the same time. Layla could hear the grudge in her heart and by the way she is shaking.

They pass through clearings, valley and rivers. All of them looks trashed and gone. The energy life force that surrounds the place disappear. No, nothing left there. Only sadness and misery. Blood spill everywhere, innocent people soul drain away for the sake of the darkness army.

Layla could feel the screaming girls and boys everywhere, they are like the song being played in her mind again and again. The tragic moment when their loves one were killed in front of them, the blood of their siblings spills and stain their soul. The souls that cries for help.

She can't hold it anymore. Those poor souls, she need to settle this as soon as possible before 'him' hurt more of this people. Ash could see that Layla is spacing out for the tenth time that day. He wonder what is wrong with her. What is keeping her so bug today. Wasn't she the happiest one when they said she can go to Echantros? Why is she like that? Did he do something again?

How he hate it when she isn't smiling. Ash about to ask her what is the matter but Zierra says break time is over. They need to get back before nightfall or they will have some trouble on the way home. Ash want to stay longer but when Zierra says that the break is over she meant it. Myra step forward, her warm smile greet Layla. Layla know this white hair girl is soft and gentle, those destructive part never showed up in her mind at all. Not once, well she will find out anyway. Myra walk over to Layla and pull her to the center of the guild. She tell her to wait while she get the master. The wall is painted red with wooden pillar everywhere. This place didn't seem fancy but for sure the place is warm and fill with happiness

An old man that reach her waist pants behind the silver girl. He seems tired and shaky. Layla notices the cane he's using to support his balance while walking. Layla couldn't belive this old man is their and soon to be her guild master. His beard reach the old man wrinkly knees. Shaking furiously. The old man points at her.

'Is this our new member you keep telling me about Myra?'.

Layla take a note in her head, this very admirable, stunning, cute and most perfect girl she has ever seen is Myra.

'May I know what your power is child?'.

'I have the power to summon spirit and recently I have one of the Zodiacs spirit Leo and I somehow manage to merge with him and use the celestial power'.

'Tell me child do you know where you are from'.

'Sorry to say, I have no idea where I'm from. But my grandparents said that my dad went missing and my mother died when I was little or it's the other way around. I'm sorry,my memory is jumble up all of sudden.'

Everyone cheer and that night the party for the new comer. Myra pull Layla from the partying crowd. Layla watch Ash and Ray brawl until Zierra put a stop to them by bumping their heads together because they stomp on her beautiful cupcakes in the process of their brawl.

'Is the guild this lively everyday?'.

'Yes, I forgot to ask you, here in Echantros if you join a guild you will have a
transparent insignia. This will help you blend in the normal people when you in an elite class mission. You still can show them off in a tournament'.

'Really? Can you tell me about them?'.

'Sure, but tomorrow morning okay. Tonight I need to put that insignia'.

'Where do you want to put them?'.

Layla think hard. She want it to be somewhere she will always see.

Myra want to do it again but Layla refuses, she need some sleep. Myra bring her to the girls hostel when the guild finish partying for the night. Some were sleeping soundly on the ground while the other sleep on a stool or a table. Before head out to Myra apartment Layla take a slight glance at Fairy Hunter building.

Fairy Hunter: Chapter 30

'Let's go Light!!!'.

'Yes, sir!'.

Light speeds up his movement.

'Hear me out you bastard, I will not let you get out of here that easily. Lightning Impact'.

Thunder and lightning clash two thousand of lightning rays hit Fera but not a scratch were made. 'Tch', this is the second time he use that speel but still no harm to this dragon.

'Think you can hurt me boy?'.

The dragon roar with laughter.

'If a battle what you want. Then a battle what you will get!'.

The dragon eyes turn bloodshot killer, the eyes that shows no mercy to anyone. The boy bump his fist together.

'I'm ready.'

He jump and aim at the nearest wing.

'Without your wings you can't fly that mean you are dead'.

He was too caught up in the action he didn't realize the back tail, the spike thrust his arms. '

No good, he will get seriously injured'.

Myra clutch her arm. How she hate heself right now. 'No good, I have to help him', Myra run down the steep road. She thought her way would be smooth but she stand corrected when there a hundred of the skeleton army waiting for her to come down.

'Shoot, they found me'.

Myra has no defenses but never take this girl lightly. From the corner of her eyes Myra see a bark of a fallen tree.

She grab it and charge the skeleton army. 'I know I have nothing to use but I will never let my friends get hurt'. Images of her friends appear in her mind. How they treat her with such kindness, their smile, their stubborness and their bond for the each others.

Afterwards she just diappear into thin air. 'Man, I'm hit', Myra collapse. 'My body, I can't move them. Everyone it seems I have failed you', that was her least words before darkness surrounds her world. 'I'm a no good person. I can't protect my own friends'. 'No worries, I will open your power'. A voice rings in her ears

She sees a faint shadow of a little girl waving and smiling at her. 'Hey are you there? Where am I?'. 'Tehee', the girl run away from her leading her into a new place. This time she's in a ruin fill with rocks everywhere.

'Shoot, I loose her.' Myra take a glance around her surrounding, she feels familiar but where?.

'Are you happy', Myra gasps she look up and the girl is floating in the air running while giggling like a cheeky girl. 'Hey how did you do that?'. 'How did I do it? No, clue'. A lightning of dissapointment hit Myra. 'Well I shouldn't have hope for an answer?'. 'Ne...', Myra fall back. She is suprise to see the girl face right in front of her own. 'hey don't scare me to death like that!', she shout.

'Do you have friend?', the question hit her heart hard. 'I have but I failed them. I can't protect them', tears start to form in her eyes, that shows how much she is dissapointed in herself. 'Are you giving up?'. Myra lift her face up 'Huh?'. 'Are you giving up?', repeat the girl. Her eyes turn cold.

Myra look away, she can't answer that question. 'If you are giving up, then you really are a failure?', say the girl harshly. 'What!!, I am not a failure!', Myra shout, she hate it when her dignity is lowered by anyone espacially someone like that. 'No, I'm not like that!', the girl turn around and face her.

'Are you giving up', she repeat again. Myra tighen her grip she bit her bottom lip. 'No answer-', the little girl didn't proceed when Myra says 'No! I will never give up. I will break every barrier that holds me back. I will never give up. Fairy Hunter mage never give up!', Myra says proudly, she lowered her face and tighten her grip. 'If only I hasn't lost my power', she mumble.

'If I give you power, will you protect those who are dear to you?.Myra nod with her whole heart, she will protect her friends. 'Fine'.

The girl palm shine with a white energy and light. 'Who are you?'. The girl smile warmly. 'It's okay I am the one that will help you. I want to help you protect the weak and your friends'. Myra hesitate but the girl honest eyes get the best of her. 'Take it and transform into a whole new person.'

Myra grab it and a white pearl appear. It shine with pleasure when the owner finally notices it power. White blinding light surround Myra body, a ray of rainbows color swirl around the white light. Myra rise up with her hand cluctch to the rainbow pearl. 'O' great protecter of light, lend me your power to protect my friends. Open! Gate of Salamon'.

The rainbow trails wrap her legs and a high heels boots appear with a rainbow color ribbon tie at each of her ankles. The ribbon wrap her waist and a skirt in the color of white with blue frills appear and reach her mid thigh, her clothes is replace with a red color jacket and a ribbon in it's center.

Underneath is a white color shirt that reach her shoulders. Her white hair is decorated with a gray ribbon and was pull back into a bun. Her eyes shines as she recieves her new power.

'Transform, Maiden of the color Myralia. Now I can protect those who really need help'.

The skeleton rush back in fear when the legendary Maiden who guards the Echantros gate awakens. 'You bastards', behind her back a fairy wings appear in the color of a rainbow. 'Open the gate of light : Dragon punch'. A dragon punch in the color of white hit the skeleton and turn them into nothing but a dust.

'I need to help him. I wonder how he's doing?'.

'Bastard,' the boy hold his arm, he couldn't move it because of the deep wounds he gets. Not only that, his is badly cut here and there and he is running out of magic power, the dragon is something bad espacially when it's mad. The boy run to the nearest boulder, his eyes searching for the sight of his partner in hand.

'Light, where the heck are you?'.

His eyes wonder around the sky but he can't catch the glimpse of the bird anywhere. 'Curses, if only Light is here, at least he can heal my wounds', blood spill out, his vision get blurry by the minute and his breath is uneven. 'If I can't find Light, I don't know if I could hold on much longer'.

'Come out, come out, where ever you are!', roar Fera. 'Rainbow energy blast', the boy gasps a rainbow light shine brightly almost making him blinded. 'Are you okay?' question the girl. 'Do you think I look okay?', the boy smirk. 'Here's your partner, charge up while I distract the dragon'.

Before Myra could proceed with her plan the boy grab her wrist. 'Listen, if you manage to destroy one of these we will stand a chance of defeating it. Destroy either the wing or the tail'. Myra nod and head out. 'Sheesh, she is the hot head type', mumble the boy. 'Fera, I thought you love this place?'.

'Fera is no more this is me, the dragon, Ikiler'. 'Tch, show off', Myra take off her rainbow bow. 'Release : Rainbow magic Illusion!!', Myra is divided in twelve persons, it's confuse the dragon and she manage to keep him distracted for a while, he keep destroying one by one but everyone of them is a fake. 'Get out and fight me!!!', he roar.
The skies cracks deeper

'Not good, the damage he had done is destroying the place. I need to do this quick'. 'Magic binder Plain chain', white chain wrap around the dragon wing, Myra pull it down which makes the dragon loose it's stability. It makes the dragon more vunerable than before.

'I better take this chace to find his weakness'. Panting hard, Myra fly over and under the dragon but she didn't find anything at all. 'Where is it?'. Myra sees something shining near her, 'Found it!', a black crystal gem as big as a lake is the dragon weakness. 'White magic execute: White shell bom-', she didn't has the chance to cast her spell the dragon is free.

'You scums', he roar. 'I will destroy you all. Black magic bomb: Black camellia!!!', black orb covers the dragon body and there is time ticking on top. 'Hey, what happen', the boy ask. His arm is bandage, he use Light to support his movement. Myra shrug. She don't know what is happening.

'Shoot, he activate the black bomb'.

'What is the balck bomb?'.

'Black bomb is a magic that destroy everything in the set time. The time is up there'.

Myra look where the boy had pointed. 'One minute and forty four second', her eyes widen, they need to get out of there before the whole place explode.

'I have an idea, listen we need to combine our attack together and hit that black gem. That is our only way out'.

The boy understands. In mere seconds both of them are flying in front of the big gem. 'Execute: White lightning bomb'. A wave of white with lightning swirls hit the gem but that isn't enough to break it. 'Even if we use greatest power, we still can't destroy it', the boy pant.

'No, I will never give up!!!', rainbow line cover her whole body.

'Please, do that again with me'. The boy didn't have time to say 'no'. 'Let's go!! 'White revolution : Lightning white thunder!!!!', Rainbow dragon appear and crack the gem.

'Go, destroy it all' both of them is using their best power to crack the darn gem. 'Tick', the clock hit zero and everything explode. White and black smoke covers the whole place, Myra falls down, she's too tired to fly, all her energy is gone and the last thing she sees is the boy face. 'Huh', Myra hold her head, her memory is hazy.

'I was fighting a dragon-', her voice trail off.

The door slam open and Velery enters the room. The groceries she bought drops on the floor as tears start to form in her eyes. She hug the dumbfounded mage. 'I'm so worried, I found you lying in front of our door with wounds and cuts everywhere. You has sleep almost a day. I thought you will never wake up'. Myra pat the back of her female mage back. 'Hey I'm fine now don't worry', as she keep smiling her mind repeats one question.

'Is he okay?'.

Fairy Hunter : Chapter 29

‘Living for who you aren’t, mean the same as not living at all’.

Myra scratch the back of her head. She never imagines that 'that' words will knock some sense in her demonic self. ‘Hey Fera, where is the exit to this chamber?’. Fera chuckle, man that freak Myra up.

‘What so funny?’.

‘Myra, there’s no way out here?’.

Fera arm start to transform scales and slime cover his whole skin, lion claws appear, lizard tail appear with spike at each end and bat like wings appear behind him. ‘To escape the chamber, you must defeat me!!!’, he roar.

Myra smirk, ‘heh, a dragon just out of my league’. Myra summon her power, dark red light surrounds herself.The glitter and spark clear up but there’s nothing to see. Myra dumbfounded,she can’t transform into her demonic form.

‘What happen? I couldn't feel the demonic aura anymore! What have you done to me?!’, Myra desperately want some answer.

‘I have taken you powers away when you stare into that well, clever right?’.

Myra tighten her fist, she want to beat that dragon like creature into nothing so bad but what could she do when she is powerless. Fera raise he's claws and buried beneath the ground.

‘Dark light, dark playground’.

Grounds crumble, mountains of fire, deadly skeleton creatures, sharp rocks appear and lava starts to fill the cracked ground. Myra has to say this certainly most deadly part of the game.

She wouldn't be intimidate if she still have her powers. ‘Man I really hate it when I lost my power’, Myra run around the ground searching for a place to hide from this menacing dragon. At least there is a place to hide near her. Fera start to breathe fire everywhere. He crush everything in his way and his army of skeleton destroy everything near them.

The sky start to crack little by little, thunder flash and lightning strike the dragon. Nevertheless no harm was made towards him.

‘What is wrong with him? He said this place is precious?’. Suddenly, a boy voice answer her question.

‘That isn’t him over there, it's the darkling that's controlling him’. Myra jump a little when someone answer her question.

She squint her eyes, it’s hard to see in this dusty situation. ‘Ash?’, she question herself as if she didn’t believe what she is saying. The boy does looks like Ash but his aura and magic it’s different. Myra was distracted by her own thought, she didn’t realize the big boulder coming her way.

‘Hey you, get out of there quick!!!’, Myra turn around, she froze to the ground.

The boulder is close but something is holding her back. Closer,closer,closer and her heart beats fast really fast, ‘Thunder crash’, a lightning hand crush the boulders into dust and a warm hand warp around her wrist and pull her away from her refuge. Myra could see the boy pull her somewhere safe. More boulders coming towards them this time the
boulders are covered with flames.

‘Hey, there’s more of that flaming boulders’, the boy ‘tch’ her and keep running.

‘I guess I have no choice’, he pull Myra closer, he wrap his arm around her leg and waist and lift her up of the ground, he carry her bridal style.

‘What-‘, before Myra could say anything the boy chant something.
‘Lightning bolt’, lightning covered their body and their speed increase by a hundred fold.

‘Amazing’, Myra praise the boy, he certainly something. The boy is fast but boulders wasn't half bad at all. Something is weird, how come the blouders is thrown exactly at them? she could smell something fishy.

‘Hey, I think that boulder is thrown by someone with precise accuracy’.

Myra couldn't see anyone near them that could throw that perfect,they are way up on the mountain. The boy is too focus to their road path to listen for the new information. They are stepping into a much steeper one by the minutes.

‘Hey, do you even know where we are going’, fear start to appear in Myra heart.

You could see the color drain from Myra face when the boy say that. ‘What!’, not only the road is steeper it’s also rocky, they or he could trip if he didn’t be careful and they could end up being thrust by the sharp pointy rocks beneath their feet.

Myra gulp, this boy can be very scary when he need to be. ‘Yes,’ the boy smile ‘good because we are jumping off a cliff’.

Myra close her eyes, she didn’t want to see what a head of her. She could feel the boy jump. ‘Brace for impact’, Myra open her eyes, oh she shouldn't do that, her fear of gravity or falling is kicking in. She close her eyes and hide her face on the boy’s chest.

‘Hey, we are safe you can open your eyes now’, the boy comfort her.

‘No I don’t want to’, she whine, He pat her head and say it’s okay for a dozen time before she finally open her eyes. ‘See’, right now they are on a phoenix in the color of gold soaring through the skies. ‘We have something to do first’, the boy point towards the nearest camp. There Myra sees the skeleton army gather as much lave they could get their bonny hands on and put it in the catapult.

‘So that’s where the flaming boulders come from. ‘Light, fly lower. I have something nice to do’, the bird fly lower and near the camp. The boy jump from the phoenix and landed right in the middle of the camp. Bone army everywhere charge him with lave sniper, lava swords and lava axe. Myra feel uncanny when the boy is alone fighting a thousand of army skeleton.

‘Hey is he going to be alright?’. Light could see the worry in her eyes.

‘Nah, he’s going to be fine, he could clear them off with one single attack’.

Myra look toward the boy. He is in a position where he cross his arm and spread his legs and Myra could hear he use ‘Execute, lightning arrow’. Myra was expecting one arrow but not that big.

Circle form in the skies, they move in front of one another. The pattern is from small to big. Big enough to destroy the whole camp. Myra just watch as the show move on. The minute the gigantic arrow hit the ground, lightning flash everywhere, thrusting the skeleton and turning them into dust. When the scene clears up, the boy is panting hard.

‘That spell did a whole lot of damage to him’.

Light fly near the boy to pick him up. The boy jump and landed on top of Light pretty easily. ‘That attack, it’s deadly yet very interesting’, the boy shot her a killer look.

‘That attack has nothing interesting about it’. Myra pout, where is the boy that act so caring before when she is afraid. Now she’s seeing a whole new character.

‘That dragon want to get out of here. But that Fera guy made this place with the reincarnation of a dragon scales. It will be pretty much hard to get out but if we really defeat him I can guarantee that we will be out’.

‘If that dragon wants to be out why didn't it destroy itself?’.

The boy groan ‘How retarded can you be? If that dragon destroys itself than we are out but he is dead.But if he destroy the whole place, it will be out and we will be trap here forever, plus you are from the town Garnet right?’.

‘Yeah everybody disappear so I need to find them.’

‘Well I got good news and I got bad news, which do you want to hear first?’.

‘The bad news first please?’.

‘Bad news, if the dragon escape your town will be doomed unless there is still an elite class mage left in your guild. The-‘.

‘Stop right there I know what the good news is but I need to know why and how?’.

‘Beats me but what I know now we need to make sure that dragon fall on it’s knee before it ever got out’.

Myra nod, she look at the destructive dragon, the damage it had done is unimaginable. Holes everywhere, ground being ripe apart, the dark scarlet skies. The hot atmosphere.

‘But hear me out just once,I can’t fight okay. My power, he sucked them all’.

‘Fine then, you stay here I will deal with him with light’. Myra jump down.

‘Be careful and please come back safely’.

‘The dark empire had take it’s step, this will just be the beginning what will be the end? I hope the prophecy isn’t true or at least didn’t come true’.

That faint hope can only be reach by two hearts. Two heart of a different maiden that could bring peace or destruction to Echantros.

Fairy Hunter: Chapter 28

‘Ummm the reason why I call Ash here and why I choose him of all people is-‘, Hikari gulp down, she can’t tell the truth or her master plan will not be put in action, that will be such a disaster.

‘Because he is the nearest fire mage around, that’s all and nothing else’.

All three of them give her one of the I can’t believe you stare.

Shikari start to sweat. ‘oh my god I’m dead, what should I do’, Shikari have no other way but to tell them the truth.

She was about to when Layla interrupt her moment by saying ‘Well, that convince me, I don’t care much but thanks to you Ash save my life’.

Layla smile warmly towards Ash. He notices it and give her one of his goofy grin.

‘You welcome, hey Ray, Layla spirit what his name again’, Ash rub his head while trying his best to remember the spirit name but he failed after a few minutes.

That because he blurt out a few ridiculous name and earn himself quite beaten up from Layla.

 Ray just watch nervously his friend being tortured, 'Man even though this girl is injured she still the devil’.

Ray remind himself not to mess with this girl anytime soon.

 ‘His name is Grena and I wonder how did you get the name nana of all the names you could think of. What do you think he is? a grandmother or something’.

Ash defend himself, he just couldn’t believe that he got beaten up by a girl.

‘Well your description of him is white hair so I wonder if he is an old woman’.
Layla groan, man her friend can be very idiotic at time like this.

 ‘Tch, well he said to me that the only way we getting out of here is to find the a power call star fire and use it to open the gate to Echantros’. He turn around to look Hikari right in her eyes.

 ‘So do you have any idea on how we can get our hand on that kind of power?’.

Hikari shrug, ‘that wasn’t a power he meant but two souls’. The three of them shiver.

‘What do you mean by that?’. Hikari could guess that they just got the wrong idea.

‘No not like that but like this, combine two heart to form one in other language combine the power of the star maiden and the fire lord’.

Zierra interrupts ‘but we got here using this device’, she hand Hikari the button. Shikari examine the button and sigh.

‘That demon gave you this didn’t she?’. Zeirra and Ray look each other. ‘Does she knew about Myra true form’.

Without reason Ash pout ‘No fair you guys get to meet a demon while I’m stuck here and fight those lame guys’.

‘Idiot, we didn’t meet the demon, she just showed herself, furthermore she is closer than you could think’.

 Ray manage his words so he didn’t blurt out to much, he is afraid that Myra will kill him just because he blurt out some information about 'her'.

 Ash feel un satisfy by Ray’s answer. ‘I want to know who she is. Tell me now’,.
Ash poke Ray shoulder like a kid.

 He keep saying ‘tell me now’, every time he poke Ray’s shoulder. Ray almost at his top patience, ‘will you quit it!!!’, he scream on top of his lungs.

 ‘How old do you think you are you knuckle head!!’. Ash turn into his chibi self, run without any expression on his face and hide behind Layla legs.

‘You better com out now you idiot!!’, Ray was out of control and accidently swipe Layla’s skirt which make her blush furiously and hit him with a big sword, not only that Zierra tie himself to the nearest pillar like a dog.

 ‘Don’t you go anywhere okay and with this you will not disturb any girl privacy again’.

Ash laugh slowly. Ray curse in his heart ‘ I will get you for this Ash!!!’, Ash laughter didn’t last long when Layla drag him by ear to the same pillar as Ray and start tying him up too.

 Ash knot is tighter than Ray, so that mean he has a much limited movement rather that the guy next to him.

 ‘Ly, I didn’t do anything at all’, he plead with his big puppy eyes and fake tears.

‘Humph, like I will buy that.’, Layla storm away and start her discussion with Hikari and Zierra.

Ray sigh, there’s nothing he can do, he’s bored to death. If he pick a fight with flame head for sure he will be punish even more.

Ray could imagine the happy times they will have while torturing him to death.

Ray shivers just imagining it happen.
He just have one thing to do, he take out the hairclip and start making his excuses.

After ten minutes of silence between those two, Ash start to feel bored. Something sparkly caught his attention, ‘it’s seems to be a hairclip, but what will Ray do with a hairclip?’, Ash thought.

He knows if he want answers he need to ask but the possibilities Ray answering is low but he still have to try.

‘Hey, Ray. Whose hairclip did you stole this time?’.

Ray hiss ‘I didn’t stole it. Never dream off anyway’, he proudly answer the question.

Ash smirk, teasing words start to come out inside his head.

‘Is it for your girlfriend?’. Ray face turn gloomy and sour.

‘Hey dumdum, you better don’t tell Zierra about this hairclip or I will mess you up really bad’, his voice is soft but sounds stern in the same time.

Ash sigh, as much as he want to tease Ray, he seems to be under pressure by something and Ash respect the way he ask nicely.

‘Whatever, I will get some sleep since there’s nothing to do’, Ray was about to say something but he stop himself when he hears Ash loud snore.

 ‘Easy sleeper’, he mumble. He continue his stare into the hairclip.

That hairclip trigger his memories with someone, he gritted his teeth 'the dark memories'.

Wait, brother don’t go!!’, Little Ray try his best to catch up with his speedy brother.

‘Wait! No don’t!!’, little Ray ,manages to grab the corner of his big brother shirt. His brother smile warmly at his crying little brother. 

He crouch down and pat his little brother head ‘It will be alright, little bro I promise’, Ray refuses to believe that. 

‘Liar, you always are, how can you smile when you are almost meet you doom? WHY!!!!’, Ray haul.

His big brother sigh, there’s no way he can calm his little brother now. ‘Hey I promise that one day I will definitely come back to you’, he hold out his pinkie and hid a big goofy grin. 

‘Pinkie promise bro?’. He nod. At least that cheer little Ray up and he finally willingly let his brother go. After that he never sees his brother ever again.

His brother volunteered for the magic experiment and they never reform him back if his brother is safe or not all they ever say is NOTHING!!!. 

Ray couldn’t hold the curiosity anymore. One night he sneak out from his orphanage dorm and went to the laboratory.

 When he arrive there a mysterious hood man bump into him.

He quickly realized who is the man and demand his answer. 

’I’m sorry our experiment failed and your brother-‘,the man sigh. He seems to have a heavy heart to let Ray know.

 ‘Spill it out will you!!’, Ray burst out shouting at the man. 

‘He’s dead and his body went missing. We think the dark guild took it’.

 With that one simple answer, Ray could feels the ground spinning like crazy, before he knew it he already passed out.
Ray holds the hairclip tighter, ‘No one will fall into the darkness because of me ever again’. 

The back story isn’t fully retold because his memory get mess up as soon as he woke up the next morning. 

There’s rumors saying that his big brother is still alive but change. They say he has turn evil and he right now organizing a dark guild.

Ray couldn’t put his hopes up because he himself didn’t believe that his brother is gone.

After years searching he still can’t find the guild they are talking about, little by little the desire to see his bother fade away but the hope seeing him again still there in his cold heart.

Furthermore he has a new family now. He shouldn’t be too work up or they might be concern of his health or something.
