Fairy Hunter (Idol): Chapter 8
The bleached silence spread through out the room where a chilling announcement is bound to happen in mere minutes. Myra enters the room with the children tailing behind her, she have a mortified look but she manage to conceal it well, for some of them that is. She takes a seat near Velery ignoring how close her ships are with each other. Something manage to preoccupied her thought. Myra sigh, she was hoping the problem wouldn't be dire. Hono step up, he rummage through the pocket of his hoodie. He shot his friends a wary look, he seems to be hesitating.
'It's okay. What ever the danger is, we will be there with you in every step', Layla stated. Hono could see the sincerity in her tone. A sly smile manage to creep up to his face. He can trust these guys. He knows them too damn well, why must he hesitate anymore. The crystal in his hand glows, a brilliant light shot through the room engulfing them in a fiery atmosphere as orange and red dance around. Not a moment too late another beam of color shot through, but this time it's blue, cerulean, aquamarine, yellow, mandarin and lastly grey. The children step up into one line facing each and every one of the mages.

Unfortunately for them, their attacks somehow hit Zeirra square on the face, making her change into her scariest armor and chasing them around the villa. June smile sheepishly, 'I guess that went too far huh'. Master can only shakes his head in disbelief, his children have nothing better to do than fighting. After giving Myra his last note he quickly shut his phone down.
'Master, are you sure they have to be in the dark for this operation?', Angel ask.
'They have something else to do. Burdening them with such silly problems will make their focus waver. Until the situation is at it's peak, those ten people need not to know of our current condition'. Angel nod slowly, she cast a glance at Master's phone. She have a feeling that keeping their core members in the dark will lead to utter malicious destruction.

'Nice timing doofus', she snap. Before another foul words can be thrown, Myra's sermon calling them for lunch booms through the room. Hastily, all four off them made their way to the dining room. There were cat calls and whistling when they enters the room. Luckily for them, they continue their lunch without much interruptions.
'Through out this evening, we will go for a movie marathon and surprise activities'. She explain, Velery swears she sees the devil match maker glint when Myra mention the last one. Velery sigh 'We don't have a word in this do we?', she meekly ask. Like her prediction, Myra happily object her words.
'Alrighty then! Everyone, change into your nightie right this instant. I want everyone to be in the living room at one o'clock sharp. Understand!', all of them shakes their head frantically.
'This is going to be one hell of a day', Ray murmur.

Myra make them watch a jump scare movie first, next is a chick lit movie and lastly some action romance movie. The day pass with much screaming and gasping also some awestruck moment. Myra could give herself a pat at her back as she arrange them according to their pair with their tiny children in the center.
'Umm, Myra... are you sure Conjuring is the best movie for kids?', June ask warily.
'Yes. I believe so', Myra reassure before plugging in the movie. She hastily takes a seat next to Max. Her body flinch when he drape his hand behind her. Their gap lessen and she could feel his hot breath tingling at the crook of her ear. 'If these children is scared for their life. It's all your fault'. Myra jump, well...so much for dreamy guy. Myra just shrug it off, she heard the movie isn't half bad but what could possibly go wrong?
She take it back, she definitely take it back. Right now, she's putting one hand over Lake's eyes as the other tightly gripping Max's neck, she think she's almost succeeds in choking him to death. Max rubs the back of his head. He slowly uncover Myra's hand from Lake's' eyes. Lake mouthed him a thanks before returning to the story. Using the empty space in between them, Max pull the demon closer and mutter reassuring words in her ears. After thirty minutes his work seems futile. Max decide he will only hold her close to his chest while enjoying the show.
'You better ain't faking this', he coldly state when her fore head touch his chest. She nod meekly. Max took a glance at the other pair. Layla seems to be awe stricken with the story so does Velery. Zeirra is shivering while Mirai chuckling every time a jump scare part caught her. June and Ray have a normal reaction through out the story. The leaves Max puzzled, does those two even have feelings for each other. They seems so casual about it and not minding each other presence at all. Max slap his fore head, Great! I'm turning into Myra. Myra let out an exasperated sigh, when the movie marathon ended. Later, with the help of her friends she clear out the living room to commence theri next activities.
Afterwards, Myra place a small glass bottle in the center as they make a circle. The other half contain the girls meanwhile the rest contains the boys. Their rules are the same with extra addition of punishment for who refuses to accept their challenge.She spank the bottle, it spin uncontrollably until the tip lands on Mirai meanwhile the bottom on Max. Mirai snickered, Max is prone to dare so he is hoping his plan will go well.
'Truth or Dare?'.
'Tch! Dare', Max answer reluctantly.
'I want you to to eat ten chocolate-', Mirai was cut off when Max scoff and laments about how boring his challenge is. 'Hey! I ain't finish. Then you need to choose one of us here to feed it to you. Using mouth'. Mirai smirk when Max flinch upon hearing his last word.
Being an inconsiderate idiot he is, Max stomp to the kitchen bring out ten chocolate bars. Then he stop in front of Myra. He sit down and push the package to her chest. Myra look at the box daze, she isn't fully understand what his need. Max groan, he tap the chocolate box 'Feed. Now', he then tap her lip and his's. Myra could feel the blood rushing through her veins towards her face.
'M-Me?'. Max let out a loud grunt, she isn't going to win this anyway. Reluctantly, she plop one of the chocolate into her mouth meanwhile the other girls plus Mirai covers the innocent eyes of the children. It didn't take long for Max to gobble down all of them since he is a glutton when it comes to sweet.
Max give the bottle one push, ignoring the blushing Myra and the catcalls. The tip lands on Ray.
'Truth or dare?'.
For a boy he anticipate for a dare, surprisingly Ray chose the other way. 'Okay, here's a question. What is your most embarrassing moment yet?'. Ray tap his chin, nothing crosses his mind. Ignoring the question resulting a mystery punishment, he just need to make some up. When he open his mouth to talk; a husky but familiar voice beat him to it.
'Hah! Remember than time when you come into the guild with nothing more than a diaper and start crying all day long. After that, you throw a tantrum by flooding the whole ground floor making you lose your diapers and ended up stark naked at the center of the guild with every girl surrounding you. Even then, you still kept crying and you was twelve hahaha', Ash, roll down on the floor as he tries his best not to giggle at every words.
'Great...thanks for that', Ray murmur while seething in anger. He turn the bottle and it lands on June. The girl flinch, 'Truth or dare?'.
'Truth'. Ray ponders, nothing seems to come across his mind right that minute. May be he will go for the cliche question. 'Who is your first crush?'. Like a lightning all eyes lands on him, some of his friends have a red face but June is the worst. He wonders what could have cause that?.

'I dare you to take Velery and put her on your lap for the whole game', Zeille put up a poker face when he put Velery in his lap but a tint of pink is visible if you squint your eyes. Their game continues, with howls of laughter and rolling on the floor. Surprisingly, they are so afraid to be punish, all of them cooperate to their truth or dare.When the clock strike nine, Myra push them into the outside world. 'Time for the last session', she cheered.
Myra lead them towards the mountains, her friends wonder where could she probably bring them in the middle of the night. Plus, her route is deadly with predators ready to prowl on them. Just a few minutes ago, Ash got a gash when he wrestle a huge bear. Ray shot a wave of hot waters towards a colony of snakes.
'Myra, where are you taking us?'.Velery sweetly ask.
'Somewhere safe', she simply state.
'You bring us nothing near safe woman!', Zeille hiss, and he throw three cobras to the ground causing the snakes to have concussion while he haul the flustered Velery over his shoulder. 'I don't want squirt here to be sick. Who will be the mother for Metal', he truthfully state. That time mate, Velery died of embarrassment.
It took all Myra's energy to not jump around then start planning their wedding. Finally, after being ambush by a wild king kong, they arrive in a plain field where a glistening pond rest with the most beautiful view of the stars. The water ripple slightly indicating the beautiful aqua living inside. 'Tonight, there will be a shower of comets. I believe you guys would love seeing that. This is the best view in the whole Oceana'. She usher them towards the west side of the pond a little closer to the shallow water of the pond.
For the time being, they separated into group of boys and girls. Ash decide he won't play games anymore, 'Ray, answer me truthfully, do you like June or not or you just toying with her feelings?'. Ray spit the all the beverages he was drinking. 'I d-don't like her. I don't like-like her. I like someone else'. With that answer, Ray got a bonk on the head when he says the answer, the one that hit him is none other than Zeille. Ash crack his knuckles with I'm-gonna-kill-you-face.
'Dude! what was that for?!!'.

When the show end, June climb to her feet, she excuse herself to the bank of the nearest river. Humming to herself, she feels serene just to be alone until a familiar voice breaks her reverie. Sure, he rejects you now but we never knows what the future holds, maybe next time, he would say 'I regret pushing you aside'. Right now, it's better not to cross the line and befriended him, be there when he needs you. Show him who you really are, make him love the whole you', Myra push a strand of hair behind her ear 'Your imperfection and perfection'.
June sniff, Myra can be a great understanding person when she needs it even though she's kind of wacko when it comes to her pairings. Myra tuck her friends to sleep, she tap her duvet and wish her friend happiness. I guess Max is true. I shouldn't push them too hard. Myra close the door slowly, she let out a heavy sigh. She tip toe towards her room, pulling out her phone from her pillow She needs distraction and she needs it fast. Her brow knitted when she receive a message from the sponsor.
'For the next event: Fashion show!!!. This will be a great medium to make their relationship closer'. Myra rub her head together like a maniac, I'll have a talk with Velery afterwards.

Fairy Hunter (chance): Chapter 17
'Master, why aren't we counter attacking the guild?', the cloaked man smirk after hearing his Butler question.

He attack the leg with a wave of water pushing it farther into the muddy hole. As on cue, Zeille creates thousands of the daggers and throws it in an omni-directional around the foot.
Another explosion, dawns on the ground sending a wave of hot air slamming both guys towards the wall. They screech in pain, all their parts of body becomes numb. Their senses dull temporarily. This time, they are completely out of magic power and have a total zero energy to continue fighting. The white smoke clears up, they couldn't believe their eyes. The foot stood tall, not a scratch is made. The foot slam it self towards both of them. Trapping the boys in between each fingers.

Fairy Hunter (Chance): Chapter 16
Velery could feel nothing but darkness, light once surge through her veins but disappears instantly. Chants about how useless, weak and fragile she is echoes through the dark, void space. Her ears rings, her heart thump sadly. She knows fairly well that she is a burden, no need to scream it over and over again in her head. Worse, the void force her to open her eyes. Her sight bore into countless video of her failure. It goes around over and over again. The black stretchy goo, wrap around her body but mostly her heads. Pain surge through her body like a rocket, insults whispers into her ears.
'Please stop', tears sting into her eyes but the goo halt the tears from falling. 'Someone! please help me!', she shout. All her breath are knocked out, she definitely hears it. Even though the pleading is nothing more than a whisper, she is certain Velery asks for help. Serene tries yet again but her powers are useless, she can't reach her. Furthermore, the transformation is ninety percent complete. If she didn't hurry it up, Velery will be lost in the depths of nightmare forever. Serene helplessly look upwards. Her daughter's face glimmers underneath the darkening sky. Star can help Velery and she knows it, but in order to do that, the process will be speed up and she isn't prepare to lose her princess yet.
Darkness lingers around her ankle, the tension attracts the black goo. Just when it is about to attach itself to Serene, a white lights glows. Serene lift her head, words couldn't describe how she felt at that moment. Her daughter smile at her. Star smile at her mother, once her foot reach the altar. A wave of light spreads through the ground clearing out all the goo. Serene hold her breath, 'Mother', tears trickle down her face when she once again hears the voice. 'Look, forward', that was all Star ever says before she dissolve into Velery. The half demonize girl screech when she feel an intruder entering her body. Shaking vigorously she slams herself to the wall making it crack. Then she tries to fly but her undone wings cause her to slam into the ground creating a really large crater.
She then slam herself on the altar, dragging he body through the harden floor. Serene is in a trance, but the screeching and wailing finally bring her back to reality. She start to freak out, if the demon keep on hurting itself it will be fatal for Velery and she isn't going to stand and watch. She isn't going to lose someone important to her again. Serene slam her not broken arm to the ground, she chant a few words. Ten light pillars descend from the sky hitting every corner of the demon way. Serene groan, her power wouldn't last much longer. She just hope that Star will do this quickly as the transformation is five percent away from complete.
After a torturous moment, Velery sigh. Her chest heave up and down. She can't stand another second living in the void. It torture her not only physically but mentally. She could feel herself fading away and become one with the black tunnel, she wouldn't care anyway. With her gone, her friends can move on farther and stronger. Her body limply falls into the deepest cave there is, when she feel the ground nearing, she is certain her consciousness will shatter like a glass hitting the ground. Before what she anticipate happens a warm glow grab her wrist. 'I'm not letting you go!', Velery jerk her eyes open, the voice sound so familiar. There she is, holding her close like they use too when they are little.
'Don't give in into the darkness', Star hiss. The goo seems to have a good grip on Velery. She knows it's her fault that Velery have to go through a world where she is powerless and being different from the others can be frustrating. She have waited for far too long. She waited the day where she can help Velery realize her true magic. Star look around, if they stay there any longer Velery will certainly break into inhuman state. But first, she need to loosen the darkness grip on Velery.
'Vel-chan! You need to believe in yourself'. Velery stare blankly into her friend's eye. What is there in her to believe?.
'There's nothing to believe in me Star. The once glint of hope when Star reach for her is gone. Now her eyes are completely hollow. Star swear she sees the darkness smirk and doing a victory dance into her face plus blowing raspberry then mouthed In-Your-Face and fart in front of her. Even though, all of that seems to be hard to believe, darkness is something playful and it can triggers someone's anger. Star grit her teeth, if this tunnel isn't Velery's mind she would have kick the darkness gut and torture it over and over and over until it can't rise ever again. The situation almost reach it climax when the goo goes boring and tug Velery downwards.
'I shouldn't do this but you made me. Sorry Vel-chan', Star, release her grip. She position herself on top of Velery and pound Velery's chest. This cause the tunnel to crumble, she pound again and again. In order to gain victory she need to hurt Velery. If the attack hurt Velery it hurts her more to do it. Just when the last attachment to the wall almost descend, Velery jerk her eyes open. Star finally smile, she thought her method works boy was she wrong. Velery clench her palm, from the last remaining bit, the stretchy goo wrap around Star. Velery laugh, when she sees Star struggling to get free.
'You see, they hated you so bad they even try to kill you', Star eyes widen, Velery stated those words but the voice isn't her's. She struggle some more but the damn thing wrap around her like a spider wrapping it's prey ready for dinner. The light that illuminates her body fade away. Shoot! I'm losing time here!
'Velery! Listen to me! You are special than us!', she bait. Lucky for her the one who answer her question is Velery.

Curious of what is going on she follows herself towards the back yard where a pink haired girl is sobbing. She becomes more confuse when her tiny self hands the girl a red rose.
'Zeirra here', her tiny self chimed. Zeirra slowly turn to face her younger self. Zeirra shakily takes the flower form her tiny self. Her younger self sit down beside her friend. 'Hey, Z! You know why I pick the rose?'.
'No, why?', her voice comes out hoarse and weak. Before answering her friend's question she brush the rose. 'It's pretty isn't it?'. Zeirra nod, still oblivious by what her true point is.
'I can't believe something so pretty can be dangerous', to prove her point she show Zeirra her bandage hand. Zeirra is shock to she her friend to go all that trouble to soothe her broken heart. She is trying not to be a baby but failing a mission, making the guild reputation plummet as well as her own and getting mockeries from the client is a bit overwhelming.

'Ash', her voice comes out as a whisper, Ash glare at her. She could see her past self shivering in fear but she bravely walks closer to Ash.
'What do you want?!', he half growl. Little Velery gulps, she hope she wouldn't get kick in the rump after this.
'You need to face reality Ash', she tries her best not to stutter.
'What reality?!', he scream. Little Velery flinch, she never though Ash would go this insane, gaining all her strength she push the words out from her throat. 'Star is gone Ash. She's never coming back'. She say it as soft as she can but Ash little stubborn attitude really getting on her nerve.
'What the use. If star is dead then I'll rather be dead too', before Ash could do something bad, Velery push him down to earth. She slap his face a few times, when she sees his humanity coming back tears start to pour out.
'Stop acting like a jerk! Everyone is sadden by her death! It's not just you! But we live to see tomorrow! Throwing your life away is a sin that you'll never forgot! We can only live once Ash', her voice starts to crack but she hold it back, long enough to get him understand her point. 'You need to remember, Your life isn't yours completely. Be grateful that you get to see another day, imagine those people who is waiting for the inevitable. They treasure life more than anyone, and you just loosely stated you want to die. Ash! come to your senses, if you die what will happen to us? Ray and Zeirra? They are your closes friends aren't they? Please... I beg of you, dying is the stupidest way to solve a problem. If this wouldn't be enough, think about how Star feels? She sacrifice her time in order to save yours and now you are acting like a stupid jerk by throwing it away! How heartless! Live on Ash! The bracelet that Serene gave her tore the white tunnel creating an end to her misery. She finally have her determination to continue what she have left off. Serene grunt, the creature seems to stop and is in a daze, after awhile the creature exploded. In the center stand Velery with a strapless knee length orange dress. At her wrist the bracelet climb up making it looks like she have a tattoo. Her eyes now shine with sheer determination. She turn around and look upwards. A smile climb it's way towards her as the stone figure that embedded on the wall is smiling.
'Thank you Star', she murmurs. Not wasting anymore time, she grab Serene and head to the library. She need to complete another task. One that only she can do, the bracelet shines indicating that it too is ready for the upcoming task.

All of them look at each other with worried look, they aren't sure if they really cut out for the job. After composing themselves they step into the portal. June's eyes landed on the Colosseum like structure. The architecture is the exact same replica as her dream when she was young.
It is black with skulls replacing the wall and a foggy green mist. All of them are astounded to see such structure buried underneath their very own castle. Their eyes focus on a figure standing at the middle of the arena. When the fog clears up the silhouette is visible to all of them. There he is, stood tall with a creepy smile on his face.

'Aww, come on now. We were such a good friend awhile back. What happen to you?'. June scoff, she have enough of his flirty side. She answer his question with a predator glint. Is laugh, he likes it when his opponent is flustered by how he treated them.
'I'll fight you June,but only you. This friends of yours have to go. On the double,' Is pluck his fingers, another worm hole appear beside him. 'This will teleport you back to the temple and so will the Zodiac's.'
'No way in h-', Ash is about to make the biggest comeback ever when June cut him off by agreeing to the terms. Is lick his lips in a satisfying way. He have dream of having sometime alone with June. June turn around, half her face is covered by her bangs. She didn't need to state her reason but she did ask her friends to believe in her. Ash have a little tantrum at first but completely agree to her decision judging the how she really wants to kick Is's back.
'Ari, I will ask no more than for you to help my friend at the other side. We need as much help as possible and at the quickest state.', she crouch down to kiss the princess feet. Ari stop her when she is half way down. 'I'll respect your choice June. Come on everyone let's go help the humans'. June thought a series of grunting and groaning will echoes through the Colosseum but to her surprise the Zodiac is hyped about kicking butts.
'Thank you everyone', Ash huff. Even though he agree, he still didn't like the idea of leaving June alone. June knows how Ash treasures his friends well being and how hard it will be on him if one of them are lost. She hold his hand 'I promise I will try to return in one piece'.

Ray screech,he slides down the muddy ground. The vine monster is turning berserk. It destroy one quarter of the forest already. He take a glance at Zeille, He's in no condition to fight. Ray sigh, he only have one way to kill the dreadful creature, but he isn't sure if he have enough power to do that. A vine slam his body to a tree, he winced, he's afraid he wouldn't survive. Pulling himself up, he spread his arm, clench his fists together then bump them together. In silence a wave of magical energy spreads through the forest.

The muddy place swirls around and around. A roar of a dragon can be heard as Railer appear at the center. The chain sways at his sides meanwhile a golden sword at his right hand, his blue armor glisters under the cloudless sky as it's piercing eyes burn the enemy in front of it. To his side ,Ray huff and puff. Barely gaining enough energy to stand up. 'What have you gotten yourself into boy?', Ray scoff. Of all the time Railer going to nag, he need to nag him now.
'What ever, let's merge. We need to handle this parasite over there', Railer turn his head, the queer shape vine look astounded to see a warrior dragon standing tall. Before, he could say more, a light illuminates both of them. In mere minutes Ray disappears leaving Railer standing alone. 'Water chain!', the chain in it's hand slither and warp around the vine monster. He push the other end of the chain into the earth; the vine monster is immobilize as Railer start a counterattack. Railer swirl his sword on the sky. The cloud swirl according to it's action. 'Descend! Water dragon pillar!', a large amount of water fall on top of the vine monster.
Railer see the vine isn't damage but slightly swollen. The vines raise it's roots as it inch closer. From underneath Railer's footing thousands of vines shot out encircling it's body. 'Your attack will not work', the green monster crackle. Railer scoff, he hates it when monster is too full of them self. It's wrist glows but nothing happens. The vine like thing laugh, 'Inside this barrier your magic is useless', as it says that. The vine attach itself onto Railer the same way Zeille was trapped.
Railer sigh, he didn't intend to draw himself inside this predicament but he certainly amuse to see his opponent fighting. 'You are stupid',he nonchalantly state. He smirk, his fangs glimmers as he cuts the vines in ease using the sword in his hand. 'I have a sword in my hand you ding dong'. The vines flinch.
'But it wasn't there when I trap you', it retort and wail. Railer sigh, he needs to do this quick, Ray's magic running low. 'Please close your mouth', Railer's claws sharpen when he dive it inside the earth, the vines could feel the power surging inside. It tries to run away but it's roots aren't going to reciprocate to it's will. Being a positive hydro tropism, the roots digs deeper into the center of the earth. 'Seems like you feel dominant over the likes of us'.
'What-'.
'Water rusher!', waves of water push through the tissues of the roots it tears through the xylem, flooding it until it bloats. Ray smirk from the inside of Railer. This isn't much of a fight is it? This time he takes control of Railer. On Railer's palms a blue gloves matching with Ray's appear. Ray just pluck his fingers when water vapor squeeze out of the vine. It's being destroy inside out. 'Now! For the finale'. Underneath the dragon's palm two oval thingies appear with thorns sticking out from each side. It turn from goo into a thorny saucers.
'Slash! Vicious killer!'. Using the force on his feet, Ray slash the vines until none left. He then grab the falling Flore and trap him in a bubble. Railer and Ray unbind their merging process. Ray huff, slightly. He have no more energy to fight. Railer stood tall, his eyes landed on Ray. He have grown up. I never thought he would mature this much. Ray watch with a smile curling up to his lip. Just when he thought the mission is over. A vivid image of beaten up Zeille flash through his mind. He curse himself when his body could barely move right at the moment.
He staggers at the few steps the fall face first into the puddle of mud. He tries yet again until a hand help him up. With one eye while closing the other, he could see Zeille up and well with the treasure chest behind him. Zeille sling Ray's arm behind his back and help him walk the rest of the way. Zeille did a little patch up work, he turn his gaze to the impossible to open box. Zeille step towards the chest but three feet behind. Ray could feel a metallic aura being release and the main point is Zeille.
Before he could question his works Zeille hush him. 'I can open the chest but when the chest opens I'm afraid we won't have much chance of winning since neither of us will have enough energy to destroy the part. I want to reconsider this'. Ray flinch, Zeille wants to compromise the mission but this is the wrong time. The sounds of bone cracking snap Zeille from his trance, he could see Ray standing up and grinning. Holding his broken arm, Ray smile.
'Dude, no matter how hard the trial is, we can go through it together', Ray muster up a smile.
'Blergh! Okay! Okay! Stop it! I hate to much affection, but if you are ready then so am I'. With sheer determination and hope, both mages are ready to face anything that the world throw at them for they are not afraid for what is about to come.

Max huff, excess lightning sparks from his fingers, the sight is terrifying. The girl is having her time, blowing enemies towards omni-directional ways. He huff, this is their fourth squadron that day. Luckily, the rest after the first are easy enough, they didn't have to go full blast but at last, they will tire out soon. Max takes a glance, he wish reinforcements will come already. Without he realizing it a wave of humans charged at him.
'Death Ray!', a white laser beam hits the earth, sending a shock wave through out the land. From behind him ,Shikari smile when her staff appear from thin air.
'Need some help?', she kick a few guts of the enemy. She grunt, we simply have no time for this! White symbols climbs to her face, as she slam her staff to the ground. 'Arouse from the ground, NIGHTMARE ARISE!', white hand appear from the ground pulling the soldiers down into the earth. When she sees the hopeless sight of the army she slam her staff once again. This time she transports the three of them to a clearing where Liam stand with his arm cross to his chest and a few medicine plus food by his side.
'There are about ninety one more squadron to handle. And more will come if we didn't terminate the supplier. The dark veins', Shikari turn to face Max.
'Are you up for some serious butt-kicking?', Max have no reason to defy, he is itching to kill and a taste of revenge for his dearest brother in arm.
'The fight will finally reach it's end'.

Fairy Hunter (Idol): Chapter 7
Myra huff loudly in hope Max will realize how she hates the condition they are in. Like usual, Max ignore all the tantrum she thrown at him. He knows the more he agrees to her command the devilish she'll be. Myra is that kind of person. Myra grit her teeth, her huffing and her constant groaning didn't put Max on the edge at all; not the slightest. A light bulb appears on her head, an idea pops into her head. She knows how boys can't stand shopping so she pull him into every store she could to irk him. Like usual, nothing works. She herself is the one that gets tired in the end. Feeling sorry for the match maker devil, Max lead her to the bench next to the fountain.
'How come you're not irritated by what I had done?'. Max give her a slight shrug and carries the blonde boy towards the kiddy ride. Putting one pearl inside, the boy seems amuse when the little car sway back and forth again and again slowly. After getting enough rest Myra walk over to Max. She once again ask the same question. This time, Max is kind enough to answer her.
'I act like that because you want to meddle with other people lives'. He simply stated. This infuriate Myra for she seek a bit more logical answer not some sorry excuses.
'Hmph! So what? You aren't going to die even if I does', she cross her arms over her chest. Max chuckle in the inside, this girls amuse him at her every move.
'Can I ask you a question?', Myra nods her head slightly.
'How come you are so sure that those who you call OTP's will work?'. She feels like the air got knock out of her lungs. She never give enough thought for that question.
'I don't know. Woman intuition I guess'.
'Hahaha, I wonder how would you feel if those pairings doesn't work? I mean, I seen Ash closer to June than Layla. He seems to be comfortable with her. Plus Ray is obviously head over heels for Layla. Layla on the other hand seems to be torn by two but from my observation she maybe have a slight crush on Ash. June is in love with Ray but she didn't dare to admit it because she knows he loves her sister. Furthermore, did you sense the awkward situation when they are together. At this competition, that might change and it did. So she didn't want to let it slip away just because she loves him. June is the kind of person who put others in front of her own needs'. Myra mouth hang low, she never knows Max is the kind of person to observe people. Truth to be told, he is at the bottom of her list because of his I-don't-care-attitude and his constant poker face.
'What?', he feel weird when Myra keep on staring into his souls as if seeking for intruders inside of his body. Finally realizing she is busted, Myra turn her gaze away with a red hue spread across her face.
'I-I never thought you like to observe people', she stutter. Nice save Myra.
'I does that without anyone realize it', the song to the kiddy ride ends. Max scoop up the blond boy and head into the supermarket. Myra sigh, she didn't have the energy to throw anymore tantrum. For better or worse she better cope with the condition she is in, It's not like he knows how she feel about him. Myra trot her way until she reach his side. Quietly, he bow down until he reach her ear.
'I know', he whisper. Myra turn full flustered, Max chuckle. He holds her hand, which is sweaty and shaking but he didn't mind. After all, he's the kind of guy who likes things to go his way; by hook or by crook. For now, he wants her to blush harsh at him and only him. Light who have been the audience for the entire moment feel extremely amuse to see his old companion change so absurdly when he is not around. Max pull a shopping cart then put the boy inside.
'Hey, boy. Don't you have a name?'. Light battle with his inside whether to answer or not. After pondering for awhile he given into his inner self. 'Lake. My name is Lake'. Myra pop up from behind Max with a sweet smile, a smile that is truly from her heart. 'Lake huh? It's a nice name', she chime. Deciding that he will tell the couple in front of him what he thought a while back, he tap Max's hand.
With innocent eyes he stare into both their eyes. 'You guys make a good parent. Together!', he shout the last part out loud making all the people inside the store turns towards their direction. Whispers about how cute and happy they look echoes through out the whole place. From the beginning through the end. Even the cashier compliments at how intimate they look.
'You are such a happy family'.
'We aren't married. He and I was just babysitting this little boy here'.
Lake feel slight irritated to hear Myra retorts so he push harder. 'Yes, mommy and daddy is so nice. They say, they will give me a sibling soon!!', he cheered too loudly. This time, both teen blushed thirty no, a thousand shades of red.
'Oh, really. Than your dad must be a really romantic husband'.
'Yesh! He kiss mummy's cheek every night, before they sleep.' The cashier laugh, she tap the boy's crown and hand Max his bag of groceries. 'U-Umm, how much-'. The cashier stop him in mid sentence.
'That's okay, because of your happy family. The whole thing is on the store', shocked but happy by the gesture. Max bid good bye to the cashier and head towards the cafe next door. He takes a long refreshing deep breath, Lake may look innocent but by what he shown earlier, he might be in the same league as Myra. Because, both of his friends seems a bit fatigue, he volunteered himself to buy food. Using the sweet opportunity together Lake inch closer to Myra. 'Hey, why aren't you admitting it?'.
'Admit what?'.
'About-', before Lake could say anything, a group of Swan mages waltz into their table. Their leader a white coat hoodie guy with sweatpants smirk at Myra. She return the gesture with a slight wave.
'Heh! don't play nice girl. We know who you are', Myra flinch at the statement. She have no secret at the time being so nothing could have pass out, except. Seeing all the color on her face drain the leader step closer. He slam his hand on their table, the smug won't wash off his face. Using his index finger he trace her cheek.
'Yes, that sweet little secret of yours.' He says almost so quietly into her ears as if giving her warnings. Lake slap the man's hand away. Myra turn her head shocked to see Lake standing in front of her arms wide looking like her guardian. 'Don't touch her', he hiss.
The man scoff, was he suppose to feel intimidated with such child. 'Really? What can you do?'. Lake grit his teeth, he release a slight magic around his feet ready to pounce on the flock of human. Amuse by how the foolish child act he push even harder. 'Hah! Kid it seems you know nothing of this woman here. She's a freaking demon from hell! Let me say it again, SHE'S A DEMON FROM HELL', Myra jump. Right now, her whole world is spinning, her eyes are hollow and void. She wish no one outside their guild will know.
Max head back towards their table, he forgot to ask what the other two wants for lunch. Anger arose from his heart, Myra is looking a bit stoned meanwhile Lake looks like a lion ready to pounce on his prey. He start using his super speed to stop the guy from hitting Lake. 'Hey, don't use force on a kid will ya', the leader tremble. Max grip is none like other, if you got his bad side. Your bone will break and will not have a chance to recover.
'Hey, hey chill man! What I'm sayin-', Myra's chair squeak, her bangs covers her eyes. Without a word she storm off from the cafe towards their lodge to shield herself from any human vision. Max growl, he recklessly push down the head of the gang wrist into the table breaking it into two.
'Listen to me. That girl you just insult is my wife! If I see you anywhere her ever again', he grab a spoon and twist it into a spiral with ease. 'This will be your body'. Max haul Lake over his shoulder, Lake twist his body and blow raspberry at the gang. 'That's what you'll get for insulting my mother!!'. Silence engulf both of the boys, 'You like her don't you'.
Max reply with a slight huff. 'You even admit that she is your wife'.
There was another minute of silence before Max reply. 'True, but I won't mistake this feeling for love'.
'And why is that?'.
'She's-', Max didn't know why he tell this to a kid. 'I don't know, I'm afraid, I will lose her again. Losing someone you love can cause an everlasting scar you know.'

Zeirra and Mirai is having a blast watching a few chick lit movies, cuddling, jumping and swooning over sad,happy and gruesome moments. Fairy Hunter (Idol): Chapter 6
Both of them mage didn't speak a word about anything, they just enjoying the scenery they are having. Without they knowing it the gap between them lessen by the minute. Just when their head about to touch four set of cloaked kid slammed into June making her fall into the ocean. A series of groan fill the air. Ray spread his arm and the waves push the poor shivering girl up to shore. Judging by how hard June is chattering, he takes off his shirt showing off his fine build body. June blush when her eyes make contact with the sight. Blood rush to her heads like a rocket as her heart thumps faster than it ever does.
'Here, wear this', Ray pull the shirt over her wet dress; tracing her figure the water in her dress lift up and evaporates into the air.'There, this should do for now', June is grateful for his concern she really is but the affection he is giving is too much to handle. Pushing his sweet toned body away, June make way towards the four weaken figure. They pile up into one another and it seems as if they are injured. She open their cloak one by one. When she open the first cloak a red hair poke out, then blue, then blonde and then black. Altogether, there are three boy and a girl. All of them are either scratch or hurt.
'Ray, can you help me. We need to bring them home'. Ray jumped at the idea. Many weird and eerie thoughts emerges into his head.
'What are you serious!! they could be enemies!!! I mean they literally slammed into you!!', Ray push the point so June will return to her sense. She haul the girl over her right shoulder and the orange boy on her left. She gives Ray a puppy dog eye. 'Please, they are children how can they be spies?!!'. After a series of begging Ray finally gives up.

She is afraid something bad might happen to her beloved sister. Just when she had enough the door slam open revealing both Ray and June with four kids on their shoulder. 'They are hurt!!! Does anyone have medicine on them?', June puff. Her voice can barely come out. Myra ask Zeirra and Ash to bring the kids towards their spare guest room. There treatment were done by Velery. Her powers of knowledge can come in really handy at time. Meanwhile, Layla usher the weaken June into her room That night June caught a really bad fever.
Ash gives Ray a smug, he have this did-you-enjoy-your-alone-time-face, Ray blush when he gets Ash true meaning behind the smile.'We did nothing, get that stupid imagination out of your head dumbass!', before Ash could retort Ray already slammed his door shut leaving the poor boy bewildered by his friend treatment. The next day was a complete utter silence.Both June and the kids are out cold plus that day is their free day. Myra run through her head for matchmaking ideas but she got none so far. Without an accomplices her job can be very hard. She and Zeirra lost a bet so they have to was the dishes and laundry which turn her mood even more lousy. Trying to soften the tense atmosphere around her, she start a conversation with an out most killer question.
'I have been wondering how did you fall in love with Mirai, Zeirra?', the basket in Zeirra's hand drop instantly. She never thought such question will arrive this day; worse the devil matchmaker is asking. If she ever refuses to answer who knows how many worse deathly trap she got in store for her. She shakily turn around not wanting to make any eye contact with Myra. After putting all the laundry in, Zeirra spoke up. 'It happens when we were little, the reason is petty really but it mean a whole lot to me'. Myra listen eagerly waiting for an idea to pop up in her head. Zeirra sigh, that night was a nightmare she will never forget.
The sky thunder and roars. The lighting cuts the sky hitting he earth sending the little town into a fiery inferno. A town with carcasses of dead bodies pilling up. Her breath becomes ragged when she realize what had happen. Blood drip down from her wrist into the cracked ground. Her tears are invisible as the rain drive it away. The rain had wash all the blood away, away from the sword she holds so dear. The same sword she use to slaughter her villagers. She remember an absolute nothing except for a series of shrilling,cries and curses. She never thought they were thrown at her. Thrown for a murder she never really did. Knowing that staying there can only means death to her, she walk her way towards a neighboring town a day away.
The news of the vicious slaughter spread across the country faster than she thought. People were either shielding their eyes from her or run away when she step into the town. She then found an old man feeding geese and duck with bread crumbs. Forcing her way towards the man with her sword tailing behind her. She ask meekly, 'Please sir, may I have some of that', her voice comes out as a squeak but the man understood perfectly. He turns his head towards her, his teeth chattered and his body shivered when his gaze landed on her thin weak body. Zeirra sighed, 'Excuse me for my interruption', she then walk away towards another side of the park, she was just a few meters away when she heard the man screamed. 'Vicious killer! Ruthless murderer! A demon! A demon!', she turn her head when a rotten tomato landed square on her face.
More and more rotten vegetables hit her body, tears finally visible on her cheek. 'I didn't do it! I didn't do it!', she cries. Even if she cry harder and harder no one listen, no one care about how hard she tries to get there, how her sin had haunt her for day and night and how her sanity almost lost in the wind if it not for her good memories at the village. Her vision becomes vivid,black dots start to appear. Hunger finally take toll on her thin fragile body. So, this will be the end of me? Just when she almost give up a sweet little voice comes to her aid. 'Stop this hullabaloo. A child couldn't have hurt those villagers. Come to your senses already!'.
'The one who aid you was Mirai?', Zeirra nod with a tint of blush around her face. Myra nod in excitement, she now knows the reason why Zeirra is in love with Mirai. 'All in all, you love him because he accepts you for who you really are. Despite the not true rumors he heard about you'. Zeirra nod, when their conversation reach it's end the machine beeps. Indicating their laundry is finished.
'Thank you for sharing me your back story', Zeirra could only reply with a slight smile. Myra becomes more giddy when she hears about all of them. After finishing up the laundry Velery ask her to check the kids and tell her if their condition is worsen. Unwillingly,she make her way towards the guest room. She leave the door ajar when squeaky little voices speak to one another.
'Hey B, what should we do? They will mostly flip if they know who we are', the orange boy shrug.

'Ugh!!! if our own leader met a stump how are we suppose to do now', the black haired boy wailed.
'Shut up Metal! You are making things worse than they are!', the blonde boy bark. Hurt by his response Metal slammed their foreheads together. 'Hey what is than light bulb? Are you picking up a fight?!!', Metal hiss. Myra gulp, her ears didn't play tricks on her. She heard every thing right. That blonde boy, she knows who he is. No she knows who it is. Slowly she push the door fully open. The kids gasps when they see Myra there with a vicious smile.
'I got some deal for the four of you', she crackle.

'Go ahead, choose your parents', she emphasis the word which makes the girls shivers and the boys blush. The orange boy step first, he holds Layla's hand and Ash shirt. 'Hey boy, shoo'. Ash try to pry off his hand but the grip turn tighter. The boy seems to be intact with the two, until June enters the living room.
'What is all the ruckus about?', her face is red and sweaty, facial mask cover both her nose and mouth.
'June! you shouldn't be out of bed just yet!', Ash push the boy aside lightly. He hold both June's side to support her from falling.
'I'm a tad bit okay Ash, no need to baby me' Ash didn't believe a single word she said. To satisfy himself her put his palm on top of her temples and retract quickly. 'Better my ass! Your temperature is worse than yesterday', he bellows. Just in time, June weakly falls into his arm, 'O-Oi! hey wake up!', Ash frantically ask for medicine.
'We have no more, none of he medicine works', Velery reply.
'It's okay. The fever will *cough* subside soon'. Ash gently put June down on the couch. He run towards the kitchen and the medicine room. He rummage through everything but nothing seems to work. When he is about to pull any kind of medicine, the orange boy tug his shirt. 'Tsk! hey go away, don't you see I'm busy here?'. Ash put the potions and medicine the table next to the sofa. Once again, the boy pull his hem of shirt. 'Hey didn't I-'. Before he could continue his sermon, the orange boy push a rainbow color liquid in a crystal shape bottle. After a brief examination, he grab the bottle.
'June, please drink this', without much argument June slowly force the queer tasting liquid down her throat. For a few moments her temperature risen but then plummet drastically. June takes a deep breath, her headache finally subside. Ash smile warmly when she finally up and about not bedridden all day. He turn to the orange boy and brush his head fondly 'Thanks a lot little guy, you really save the day there'. June follow Ash step and give the little guy a cuddle as her thank you gift.
'You can be a great mother June', Ash commented truthfully. June blushed at his blunt statement. 'Hey! I know! how you and me take care of this little guy here. I could use your help like a lot!', Myra fidget upon hearing the comment. Her Otp's will be thrown out balance if Ash little dense attitude kicks in.
'Hey, that little guy wish for you and Layla to be he's parents not June'.
Ash scratch his head, 'Sure, Layla can be nice but her super angry attitude aren't really suitable for the children', Layla fumed at the comment. She kick Ash where the lights didn't shine. 'Hmph! I can be a good parent!'. The little boy chuckle, he truly misses them both. From the corner of her eyes she could see the kids are amuse by their little play. Her eyes twinkle at his every move, the boy stop giggling when he realize Layla is watching him. Slowly she crouch down at his level. She rubs his head 'You remind me of my friend Burn'.
She look fondly into his eyes, 'Your eyes look just like him. I feel so sad to hear he is gone. Forever with the rest of the phoenix clan. If only, I knew I would stop him from going on that migration.', tears spill down her cheeks. 'I really do miss him', her voice turn croaked. Ash feel sorry for Layla, he thought he is the only one that feel the pain of losing Burn.
'That friend of yours, he probably miss you too.' Layla ears perks up, the boys voice sound so angelic, so soft and so innocent.
'Really?', the little boy nod. Finally smiling, she wipe the excess tears away from her eyes.
'What's your name little guy?'.

June chuckle, those two love birds really need to hook up soon or Myra will literally explode. She turn around to find two pony tail bluenette tugging her skirt. 'Hey there, do you need a pair of parent too?'.
Shyly the girl nod,June lift the girl up. 'Sorry that you don't have a temporary father'. The girl turn all sad and gloomy when she hears she wouldn't have a father. Out from the corner of the room a voice volunteered himself to be the father.

Our kitchen is out of food'. Myra squirm harshly trying her hardest to get free but it's futile as Max has an iron grip on her.
Zeirra watch closely, dumbfounded by the scenes that just unfold in front of her. A light tap greet her shoulder.
